Sajjal's big sister (the one in the picture above) is married to Jibran. Jibran's brother played by Feroze falls in love with his Bhabhi's little sister (Sajjal). But it turns us that Sajjal's brother in law has some bad intentions towards her. He is attracted to Sajjal and starts harassing her. She keeps quiet for the sake of her sister and because of her mother's pressure, and her brother in law keeps on harassing her. Jibran is the oppressor and Sajjal the oppressed. Brother in laws keeping a bad eye towards their sister in laws is a common phenomenon in our society but one which cannot be voiced openly. Hence, the name Chup raho. She is not allowed to say anything to anyone and when she eventually does, no one believes her.
