QUICK PICKS of 11th July:
Shot of the Night: Any doubts at all? Ruhi - Raman dining scene! From the moment she entered into the kitchen until she put him to sleep - Was she the daughter or a miniature Ishita or a tiny Toshiji? A daughter is a medicine to all wounds and it was so beautifully emphasized by the CVs! Her smile was a pain killer for him! 😊
Star of the Night: Ruhi! A rare episode when Raman and Ishita did not have much to speak, coz all the talking was done by their cute offspring! She reminded me of Raman when she said, "Big boys nahi rote", "Main choti hoon par samajhti hoon papa!"...and reminded me of Ishita when she said, "Khana waste mat karo...bahut saare bacche ko khana nahi milta...", "Dahi mat lo..achaar khao!" - Typical of Ishita! She fed him like a mother, consoled him like a friend and said she loves him like a daughter! She is an all-in-all for Raman, his best medicine! Hats off Ruhanika, spectacular show! (Raman, are you sure you weigh the laxative-starved Adi more than this angel? Good that Ruhi operated the microwave, or Raman must have searched for a button named "Adi" for half a minute setting! 😉)
Dialogues of the Night: "Aapse better main hi kar loongi...baito papa!" - Even Ruhi knows Raman is good for nothing aaj kal! "Yeh taem kamzor padne ka nahi hai! Sherni banke uss nagin se ladna hai!" - Toshiji wah wah! 👏 Finally dimaag mein kuch toh low voltage bulb jal gaya! 😃
Revelations of the Night: Shagun treats Ashok like crap! Doesnt Shagun know that she is a mistress, whenever she went to parties with him? Doesnt she know that when she took him to the court for Ruhi's case? Now, achanak, she doesnt want to be spotted with him, coz there is no relation! Bullcrap! 🤢 She can take him like her bouncer, only that he wears circus costumes and not the typical black! 😛
Flop of the Night: Shagun has been reigning in this spot like a queen since the inception of this forbidden track! I hate this track as much as I hate Shagun! I hate Shagun as much as I hate the fact that she caused the mighty Lion RKB shrink into a Donald Duck who does quack quack whenever that touchy woman is around! (I'm still one of those people who thinks RKB will be back at his roaring best very soon!😊)
The Mohabbatein Moments: One of those rare episodes when Ishita and Raman did not talk at all! Ishita wanted Ruhi to serve food to her papa, do I even have to say that Ishita cares for Raman no matter what? She is extremely dejected by the fact (assumed fact) that Raman loves Shagun...but her affection over him is intact irrespective of the mess he has created for her! My respect for Ishita has grown manifold! However, The Mohabbatein moment for me is, when Raman cut Shagun's call in the car! To me it shouted out, "Dear Ishita, this loser woman Shagun doesnt deserve even a micro second when you are next to me!". Raman discarded Shagun like a mosquito that he just slapped! The other moment, of course, was when Ishita's saree was more expressive than her! The saree aka Ishita, caught in the crevice howled for help and support to get outta there, and Raman is the one who relieved her! Do you connect the dots? Raman is going to emerge once again, but like all times, we dont want Ishu to budge easily to Raman's apologies, he needs to cross 1000 seas irrespective of why he did it! (Bahut maar khane waale ho Raman, devil is bad, but the deep blue sea is worse! 😛)
Special mention of the Night: Toshiji's performance was exemplary when she struggled to bless both and her taunts at Shagun brought a smile onto my face, though too dramatic! Mrs. Kaul looks to me like another star in the making for the next Quick picks for the question she shot on Shagun, and much more to come, which leaves me excited like hell! 😃 Neil-Mihika's scene is a clear indication that Neil is going to pass on the evidence to Mihir-Mihika to save the case for his Ishi bhabhi! The footage could still be intact or Pathak has a crucial role to play! (Or, an underground setting where Mrs. Kaul could be his ex-GF before she married Mr.Kaul! 😉)
Moral of the story: Yellow shirt is ought to be stained - Avoid wearing it Raman, or buy Vanish! (Too many dabbas of Surf Excel were spent to clean the blood and now gravy! Kitna kaam karayega jaaneman!😛)
