I have my theory about why I think they loved eachother and the most! :D
I know Draupadi's love for Arjuna is deeply emphasised in the epic but the same cannot be said other way round... My perspective of the topic will mostly be based on their silent romance in StarBharat and very little from the actual epic :D :D

I find it very hard to believe he didn't feel angry or frustrated when his wife was being shared among him and his brothers! I've always felt that Arjun held anger towards Yudhishtir because he apparently could not disobey his mother! Absurd!

Many say he loved Subhadra most, it may have been true, but I always interpreted his aloofness from his first wife this way. Draupadi was bound by tapasya and a great responsibility of being a wife to five men. She had to divide her love, affection, devotion and time equally among the five of them. And it was no secret that she harboured some extra feelings for her actual 'husband' who won her hand. So I think Arjun wanted to protect her, not lead her on and help her to be a dutiful wife to all of them and not just him. That was his way of showing how much he could tolerate for her sake!

Some instances though, he failed her terribly and I don't need to mention them. But to conclude, he loved her the way she loved him.

@Anu...a few pages ago you asked me a question regarding avatars for different MB characters and Hinduism...unfortunately, I am the wrong person to ask. Even though I'm a Hindu, I don't get into details of avatars and their origins. For me, all Gods are one and divine..

Hope someone else can enlighten us

Here is Anu's post: Thx Sangeeta.

I have been on an MB kick since the show started😃. So, Drau was Sree😃. But who was the trident wielder who created her? If she was Sree (Laxmi), then how can Shiva (the only trident wielder I know) create her?😕. Also, if she was Sree, why is it not said she merged into Laxmi like it was said about every other character?😕

This one is Sree herself. It was for your sake that she took birth, as the daughter of Drupada, among human beings, issuing not from any mother's womb, O Yudhishthira, endued with agreeable perfume and capable of delighting the whole world. For your pleasure, she was created by the wielder of the trident.

KMG also calls Vaasudev a portion of Narayan😕, I thought he was a poorna avatar?

Vasudeva was a portion of that eternal god of gods called Narayana. Accordingly, he entered into Narayana. 16,000 women had been married to Vasudeva as his wives. When the time came, O Janamejaya, they, plunged into the Sarasvati. Casting off their (human) bodies there, they re-ascended to Heaven. Transformed into Apsaras, they approached the presence of Vasudeva.

because their love was much more than just "love", they had a soul connect, a spiritual understanding, it was as if both their souls merged into one and met in Krishna's heart and in Krishna's bhakti...they might have had four other husbands and three other wives but none was part of their souls as these two were and none was part of Krishna as these two were...they were one...no matter what☺️

she has learnt her lessons I think.. honestly I think she left away some loose talks in her first interview.. probably Draupadi influence that she became smarter 😛
