If Purab is Edward then what's up with aliya.? Lol this is so confusing.

I've read the book and he loses everything so that he get together with ellana, the only real connection this show has with the book is that they are 2 sisters and 1 is sensible than the other. Most of the characters are mixed up and in the book pragya and Suresh were not together at all, I find it disgusting that they will pair him with bulbul because she sees him as her jiju 🤢

no bcoz he didn't cheat on Suresh's si..it's Akash but Akash didn't luv Rachana
they actually split Edward into Akash(bad) and Purab(good)

Yup Purab does seem to be like Edward here. In the novel Edward is forced to give up on his love for Elinor under family pressure and get engaged to someone else but she turns out to be only interested in his money. But when he gets disinherited from his property she consequently leaves him and he goes back to Elinor in the end. So yeah maybe Purab might have a chance with Bulbul after all 😉.

Personality wise Abhi is as far from being Edward Ferrars as possible 😆. In fact he's more like Willoughby.

I agree with u I feel ekta will just do what she wants it will do nothing to do with the book

Actually thats Willoubhy not Edward. Willoughby is the one who 1st cheats on Brandon's sister and then falls in love with Marianne only to leave her.

Here they have split Willoughby into two characters: his personality & love for money is that of Abhi's while his loving & dumping females is that of Aakash's.
