Mohammed Rafi vs. Sonu Nigam - Page 6

I have listened to Rafi songs more than other singers' songs.

Those who undermine Rafi should check out all Rafi FCs across the web that have members who're from Millennial generation as well.

Ha! Sonu himself made name initially singing old Rafi songs for T series' nostalgia albums!


Honestly Rafi, Kishore, Lata and Asha are like 4 Lions of the National Emblem. They are pillars of Hindi film music (as singers) for me. NOBODY can compare to them.

Sonu is good I love him too,he has a range like Rafi sounds kinda like him too

But my choice Rafi-if Rafi Ji were there today,he would have had the capacity to sing all of todays songs,hes timeless hes a legend!

Both are my favorites... but if I have to select one from the poll it's Rafiji.I love his songs and one doesn't  need to be from 60's or 70's to appreciate his songs. Rafiji's voice is evergreen.

Sonu Nigam is good, but he is like a skyscraper. Rafi Saab is like the Taj Mahal.

Rafi of course. His songs are evergreen melodies. 

Sonu was also the best of his generation.👏 His pronunciation in the language he doesn't even know is quiet commendable. 😆

Mohammad Rafi of course. I thank my Abba for showing me their songs, Rafi Saab had some beautiful songs, I love Sonu Nigam don't get me wrong but comparing him to Rafi Saab is understandable as both have amazing voices. I'm so glad even though I'm born in the 90's I got to know so much from the 50's to early 80's and listen to Rafi Saab's songs :)
