Phool Kanwar is too outspoken, ill mannered for a little Rajput Princess!
I do not believe girls were allowed to talk so much and throw their weight around like this that too in others' palace like Phool does!

She was too rude with US today. This level of insolence and outspokenness was not even tolerated by US from his own son Shakti. How come he is tolerating Phool?

Being chulbuli or feisty is one thing but Phool is plain ill behaved. She barges in anywhere, roams about anywhere, drops in when Rana ji is discussing important matters. US had earlier reprimanded even his queens if they behaved like this.

Why and How is Phool getting away with such behaviour?

I am also surprised Phool is roaming about here and there and her parents do not even know her whereabouts? Which parents were so careless about their daughter in those days?

Forget Jalal and everybody else, this characterisation of Phool Kanwar is totally unbelievable and hard to digest. It seems inappropriate in light of history!

(No offense to fans. I like the actress since her Phulwa days. But Phool Kanwar seems unbelievable the way her character is progressing. )

LOL, at first, I thought maybe Ajabde might let Phool stay with her as they both are friends. I'm wondering whether her parents have started to search for her or not. According to me, not much of ill-mannered but more of arrogance is shown in Phool's character.

Rana ji even does not let his beloved Pratap speak so much in front of him. How come Phool is getting away with this level of outspokenness?

Hey. I don't mean to be rude but I have some points that I feel you should consider before giving your judgement.
1) This is a show not a documentary. The story is meant for entertainment purposes not educational.
2) If we do consider it seriously, Phool was a marvari princess. A royal of a clan known fir it's self esteem and dignity. She was brought up in certain surroundings and absorbed what she saw.
3) US was harsh on his queens becuz they were HIS family. Phool was a guest and in those days; Atithi devo bhava, was taken very seriously. Thus, he could not speak against her.
4) Yes, Phool was overly outspoken but she
was portrayed as a brat who learns her way to being an honourable queen later.
5) {this is the last, I swear.} Ajabde was sacrificing her feelings for her friend, family and motherland. She knew Pratap would read her face and contest her decision, so she kept her expressions shut off to sell her views.

I honestly dont mean to hurt anyone. This is my opinion and everyone has a right to their own.

There is a certain tehzeeb and maryada while talking, no? Especially as a guest.
Who can talk so much and shoot off any words in front of Rana ji?

Phool looks more arrogant and self obsessed. It did not look like self esteem or dignity to me at least.

It is not a documentary for sure but other characters are at least more believable to be of that era unlike Phool.

@atominis: i agree with you completely.
There have been times were phool was brattish and spoilt yet she was innocent, really. But today she was ill-mannered and rude!

I've honestly given up on the historical aspect of the show. Its majestic in all respects, but not accurate about the culture of the time at all. For one thing, Phool and Ajab would have been escorted everywhere by a whole retinue of soldiers, for another no commoner or anyone not related to them/in their retinue would have been allowed to see their faces.
Same with her arrogance and throwing her weight around. Actually, even Ajab would not have been able to talk to US to advance the case of Phool and Pratap- it simply wasn't done that a princess would have an audience with a King the way they show here.
