My parents had a very troubled marriage: Ranbir

Rishi Kapoor and Neetu Singh have led the ultimate filmy love story, getting married to the ones they loved. However a few years down the line, things allegedly started becoming bleak for the couple.
In an interview with Mumbai Mirror, Ranbir Kapoor had revealed the trauma of his childhood. Ranbir had said then, "Sometimes the fights would get really bad. I would be sitting on the steps, my head between my knees, till five or six in the morning, waiting for them to stop." There were talks of Rishi and Neetu's relationship being on the brink of a split. Ranbir's confession confirmed the same, "My parents had a very troubled marriage for a long time, and I was caught in the middle because I was there. But let's just say I didn't grow up with any rose-tinted illusions about love. I learned the hard way how complicated a relationship between a man and woman could be."

No wonder he hates his father and Rishi keeps making obnoxious statements about his son in public😆 These Kapoors are effed up or what..I always knew Ranbir doesn't believe in love😆 The only person he seems to genuinely care for is his mom..

You're lucky your parents are still together, RK. Not everyone is as lucky as you to be living with both parents under one roof.

Na its even more toxic to live with parents who keep fighting with each other 24*7..It probably wouldn't have been this bad if Neetu had the courage to dump Rishi ages back..Especially cos there were stories about how Rishi was very abusive at one point..

Abuse is a different story, I don't want to get into that.

As far as what Ranbir said is concerned, at least you still get the love and guidance of both parents, if they both live with you.
