Anil and Sonam are two individual adults. I don't see how Sonam's behavior affects Anil. She is not 15. She is 29 and her behavior is her own doing.

I feel Anil thinks the world of his daughter (which as a Father he is rightly entitled to) and is indulging her.

Since he has created his own career with a lot of hard work presumably, he should rather imbibe this very attitude in Sonam, rather than giving her a free hand as a motormouth, with no control.

She doesn't have her high-ended histronics to fall back upon when time comes, so maybe a bit of diplomacy is the need of the hour. With added dollops of focused concentration on one's own career.

I don't think Anil will be affected in any way, but then to each his own. Sonam might just get away with all these. 😆

I find it hard to judge her. In a way I appreciate her "honesty" but I also think a lot of it is plain silly and uncalled for. Anil Kapoor comes across as sensible and someone who minds his own business for the most part. They have raised her quite well. She has been taught to speak up, but she needs to be taught some sense too. She needs to stop taking things so personally by the media or the public focus on her own work instead of paying attention to others around her.

I don't get why they are after Sonam and critize and pin point in whatever she says, it's like she has no right to say anything wrong or if she does then she made a sin.
I wonder if it's jealousy the fact that she was born into a filmy family, it's not her fault if her parents are rich and she's spoilt and she's living her dream like most of girls would like to and would take advantge if they were in her place...
And the most important think she's proud of it instead of feeling guilty...and why she should.

And if she's brutally honest then that's her nature, whether she's right or wrong...

I find the title of the topic stupid "Anil Kapoor ka naam kharab kar rahee hai...?" what a joke...

It's not like she killed someone or sleeping around left and right...

And yes...th whole " buying awards thing" sonam would rather buy clothing and accessories. .plus she first needs to show some really good performance. .dwn think of it.

As a Sonam fan i would be the first person that will not give her an award at this stage of her career, i think she has still yet to give an award winning performance to deserve the award but she has done justice to her roles she played till now but they are not an award winning performences...
