Ans. Those 80-90% occupancies are not there anywhere because of wide releases. A Dhoom 3 is around 75-80% and films which open to 30% like a Main tera Hero or Shaadi Ke Side Effects is decent for those films. Today everything is more dependent on the property, for some properties 75% can be bad and for others 50% can be excellent. It depends on what are the average occupancies of the property in the opening shows. Only single screens get 90-100% openings.
