hello everyone !!!! Why have they used body doubles in IPKKND so much, esp in the sanaya and barun scenes, just watching the episode where he kidnaps her, only that scene in the car they have shot together, the rest the talk in kitchen, and the talk in the garden where his mother planted a tree its not barun with sanaya and viceversa, there is also the ending few episodes, sanaya and barun havent shot most of the scenes together, its their body doubles, queit dissappointed.
i think IPKKND takes the award for the maximum number of times body doubles were used!!!!

I believe its because of the PH not deciding their working hours right

they should have used body doubles in other scenes and not at all in arnav khushi scenes

thank you for the response,agree with you, they shouldn't have used body doubles with Sarun scenes!!! miss them😊

yes one thing i hate reg our upk is bodydoubles,,,😡,i hate it😡

i guess it is for reducing the time of the actors who r not facing the cam... ..i dont know what exact is the reason,,but i hate it especially arshi scenes,,

PH didn't have a script they stuck to, the tracks were changed all the time!

Obviously actors had their own lives and obviously wanted to take time off to spend time with family etc..

PH didn't factor this in and create a bank load of episodes since they never really had a set script therefore Body doubles were used.

If they were used correctly and were not so obvious then It's not a problem.

However it did become glaringly obvious to see the BD's during the end of IPKKND.

That ruined the beauty of the Arhi scenes because we didn't concentrate on the scene and just on the BD's

Oh well.

i hate the body doubles used for arnav and khushi scenes, its so obvious tht they have used bodydoubles even for a person who is new to IPKKND serial like me, i can just imagine what all those viewers who have watched it many times will feel

I know right.. I hate it too..(BD for sarun why???? Oh why???).. Even though I'm new to ipkknd it's obvious when bd is being used.. But now I've learnt to look past it and just enjoy the arshi scenes where bd wasn't used to soothe my disappointment... But u've got to give it to sarun to still make the chemistry look so real even with bd... They are just amazing...

Even the hut scene they used bd!
When arnav kissed her neck it was bd!

Thats why I never rewatched that scene!
The bachelor party was awesome

in that kidnapping scene they used bd's because both barun and sanaya were busy practicing for the sp diwali special, sanaya for her dance and barun to present it. so i guess they grabbed them both individually more whenever they had time in their schedules. but the ph is known for not having a bank of episodes and changing things at the last minute so we always got bd's even from the start of the show, just maybe not as obvious as at the end. i remember one scene where u could see the whole left profile of sanaya's bd's face and i was like 'what the??!!!' that's how i recognised her as a guest at arhi's sangeet 😆

at the end of ipk, baruns last date was known but not what would happen in the show exactly. but he was going to be shown for an extra week or two after he left so they shot most of his scenes quite intensively, either on his own or with bd's. dont forget they also shot a stupid, complicated death scene for asr too 😭 and apparently they did 50 or 60 scenes just on his last day! but again, he and sanaya were both practising for the spl show too so they were not available for their scenes together. i think better organisation would have solved this horrible problem and we would have hardly had bd's at the end but oh well, i still watch the scenes and just block out the bd's with my hand 😃
