If she gets SB's(Which we are all sure she already did) and she has Raees she pretty much owns 2015 as long as she gives great performance! Those two movies are huge with the biggest superstars what do Kareeena, Deepika Sonakshi have?

Deepika has Window seat but we all know it will be nowhere near SB's next or Raees boxoffice wise.

yeah right.. the Sanjay leela bhansali, Rakesh omprakash mehra, Anand Rai are also amongst the worst directors..

and plss lets not compare sonam to madhuri, and other yester year divas.. thats bullshit, infact none of the current actresses can be or should be compared to madhuri or sridevi.

and yeah nice options, casting deepika ? for what ? its not that she is an oscar winning actress or did something outrageous in acting department . she won filmfare this year in which sonam equally had a best actress nomination, so on that basis both are somewhat similar kind of actresses .
I mean even sonakshi is a better actress than deepika, if u really compare their acting prowess, its just deepika has been smarter in her choice of films, while sonakshi and sonam had chose some bad films .

I will party the day Sonam is officially confirmed for SLB's movie!

I would salute Sonam if she sucessfully do roles in movies like barfi, CE, RL, chameli, dev, 7 Khoon maaf

Deepika just does not have WS, she would for sure have 3 to 4 movies in 2015 as she is being consider for so many movies. Priyanka has Mary com biopic and Kareena sonakshi would have something too.

SB Heriones doesn't require mind-blowing acting in his films..They have to be pretty, shy and sometimes do some dances in functions..Except MD all other main heroines done the samething. So Sonam fits the bill to the T as she will be present like "Amrita Rao" in Vivah.. 😛 For that she doesn't require brilliant acting skills. 😆

I know you are DP-Salman fan and want to see them in this movie..I do like both DP and Salman,But I personally don't think it does affect DP's filmography if she misses this film coz SB films have 10 songs, Lehengas and dances in functions and DP did all these in RamLeela.. 😆 In a way SB and SLB present their heroines in somewhat similar manner..SLB anyhow presented her in a gorgeous way in RL.

@TM : No, SB heroines never doesn't require brilliant acting skills..They have to be pretty, Shy looks and somewhat dancing skills in functions..So Sonam have looks and can be shy throughout the movie..So he's not doing anything different by selecting Sonam like his previous heroines except Madhuri.. 😆 If you see Kareena(She was pure OTT), Sonali, Amrita they didn't require acting skills in their respective SB movies. 😆

yeah right sonam doesnt know acting, thats why she got rave reviews and was applauded for her performance while she was paired opposite a national award winning actor . its easy to get noticed wid mediciore actors onscreen or even actors who got to play a mediciore role, but its not easy to get noticed when the actor opposite u have got the central role and he gives an iconic performance, but sonam did get noticed and that says a lot.
i repeat her bad choice of films cannot be equated with her acting, if films were bad, then how can one get noticed for his/her acting ?

and to be honest, its not a big deal to act in CE or even Ramleela, i mean those roles, from which angle did they seem stupendous or something which other actresses cannot do ? they were nothing like PC's jhilmil or vidya's silk, those roles shouldn't be compared wid PC's barfi or Bebo's chameli and all, esp CE . and lemme say u whatever DP did in RL, bhansali made sonam do similar job in sawariya, but both sakhina and leela r very different characters, but again the potential needed for both the roles r somewhat same.
