I really dislike Ishitas character

Before everyone starts bashing me. I just want everyone to know that I really do not like her. She jumps to the conclusion way to fast. ANd if anything wrong happens she always blames Raman. And she thinks Ruhi's mom is all good. Yes Raman is not perfect at all. I am not saying that but he admits that he made a mistake. When he arrested her parents by mistake. He apologized and fixed her wedding. But instead on TV she makes it worse. The fact that he was so tolerant. And she always barges into his house. Shes not related to him that she keeps doing it. I understand she cares for RUhi but honestly half the time its none of her business. Its so annoying. She always pities her family. She doesnt realize that it was her fmaily who caused problems also. I understand and all. I actually feel bad for him. But still She is getting on my nerves. Shes always bashing him. And he doesnt say anything. ANd i feel so bad for Ramans friend who got beat up because of something he didnt do. She jumped into conclusion again and started blaming him. I know I am going to get bashed but I just wanted o say tht I really dislike her character. I do feel bad for her but shes too much. I hope she realizes what shes doing is wrong. !

I don't really "dislike" her character, I agree she is a bit annoying, and I know she jumps to conclusions far too quick.

BUT HEY, her anger is quite justified. Imagine someone making fun of your weakness and use it for themselves, how would you feel ??? Raman's words were so harsh in today's episode which probably could make anyone angry... 😊

And about the apologies and fixing her wedding, she didn't know he has done that..

She will realize that her views on Raman are all wrong once she comes to know his past 😊

I feel the same about Ishita's character. She irritates me to be honest. She isn't the patient, practical, calm and collected girl that she seemed to be in the beginning. In fact, her character has already changed since the beginning of the show. Now she's impulsive, makes assumptions, and interferes in matters that aren't her business, like you pointed out. I love Divyanka though, she's playing the role really well! =)

Maybe because she doesn't know raman's past and she only sees what Raman shows but once she comes across the real him she will change her attitude towards him.
Ps: the actress playing ishita does an excellent job, she fits in perfectly :)

persii, fully agree w/ everything you said. I had noted it myself in some posts a couple of weeks ago, particularly in the episode where Ruhi was turned over to Shagun.

On one hand, Ishita keeps asking herself, 'Am I doing the right thing?' Well, if she stayed out of it, she would be. How would she like it if she was actually married and had a biological daughter of her own, and some stranger kept giving her lectures on how she should connect to her child? Any woman would chew that person's head off, and yet, Raman is expected to take it 🤔

The only time she irritated me was when she went on public...and that too not bcoz she insulted Raman but bcoz she had to accept her own weaknesses on national tv...that was much avoidable.Rest I really like her character.

Whatever views she has formed of Raman are true as per what she has witnessed...on day one he refused to acknowledge his daughter while she ran after him...he came home drunk when on other side his daughter was probably on the verge of losing her life...he time and again insulted Ishu's mom...so for all dese reasons she is kinda right in her judgement abt Raman.

She still needs to know why Raman finds it difficult to get along with his daughter...how he loves her a lot but cannot express that...she also doesnt know that raman apologized to mr iyer and it ws really her mom who locked mrs bhalla...m sure once ishita comes 2 know the whole truth she will hv a totally different opinion of raman.
