Why must Lavanya be a mistake for Khushi to be a right choice today? Lavanya is Arnav's past and a past that he does not regret - why should that be wrong? And why should that have anything to do with his feelings for Khushi now?

He has been extremely clear that what he had with Lavanya at that point, he could not have had with Khushi because he just didnt have such feelings for her then - why must that be wrong? People grow up, people have different feelings for different people, and sometimes these feelings grow (as they did with Khushi) and sometimes they dont and sometimes they take time to (as they did with Arnav). Why must his past choices deem his present ones in a bad light specially when he doesnt regret the past choices at all? And why should he anyway?

Lavanya was not a mistake for a 16 year old Arnav. He fell for her just like Khushi felt for him - whats wrong with that? Just because he had a past relationship with someone else taints his love for Khushi now?
