As per my knowledge, Bhishma always knew this.
Also in the Virat Roop displayed by Krishna in Dhritarashtra's court, Bhishma, Vidur n Sanjay were able to withstand the sight.
 
I would not really buy the fact that Pandavas knew about the divinity of Krishna.
As per Chapter 11 of Geeta where Krishna displays his Vishwaroop, Arjun sounded in clear denial mode that he has always perceived Krishna to be his relative and brother-in-law and Krishna moves on to mention that he is much more than that., thereby declaring himself to be the sole creator and destroyer of all eternity whilst displaying his divine form
