But I have a feelign there was one more person who was watching the entire mahabharat. His head was cut off at the begingin of Mahabharat by shri krishn ji and I think it was Eklavya or somebody whose head had stuck on top of a mountain near the battle ground. Actually I have forgotton it but thora thora yaad hai ki aisa hi kuchh hua tha 😕
So may be he watched his virat darshan too.
You are referring to Barbareek- but that story is not in the main MB- and in all likely hood a later day interpolation.BTW, folks-Virat roop was taken by Krishna in the court of Hastinapur when he went there as a peace envoy. The Virat roop was witnessed by everyone present in the court.Vishwa roop was taken by Krishna on the Kurukshetra battlefield during the Bhagavata Gita discourse. This was visible to Arjuna and Sanjaya only. There's a difference.

Pandavas knew that Krishna was Lord incarnate. Ved Vyas, Bheeshma, Vidura, Gandhari, Kunti, Devaki, Vasudev and all the yadavas knew that He was God incarnate.

also Dronacharya and krupacharya knew that Krishna was the incarnation of Lord himself.

May be I did read that Krishn had beheaded someone and he gave him the boon that even with his head cut he would witness the entire battle of Mahabharat.
May be he was barbarik son of Arjun or Bheem
