All the ministers are in the darbar as Jalal enters. A messenger brings along a message from Munim khan,who was in Kabul.The letter was addressed to Jalal,seeking his permission for a while longer.
Munim was in Kabul to get things sorted there,since one of Jalal's brother in law,who was in charge of kabul,had revolted.
Jalal was happy with Munim's work,so he makes him the wazeer-e-aala.
Adham and shareef were angry,but then they control their anger. Adham tells shareef,not to be disheartened,in a way it was good that Munim had been given such a high position. Munim was their subordinate,so they could have an upper hand over him.
Jodha is restless. Salima tries talking to her,she sensed that her mood was off. Jodha tells her that she was upset because Jalal insulted her in front of Hamida.
Salima makes her understand that it was a matter of point of view. Jodha saw it as an insult,but the way she saw it,she felt that Jalal protected her. He protected her from the fingers being pointed at her.
Just then,the hakim calls for salima. She tells her that someone must be making Jodha consume something which gave her morning sickness. Salima remembers tasting milk which was for Jodha and then feeling nauseous.
Salima goes to the kitchen and commands everyone to take special care if the food. Nothing would be fed to Jodha,before salima tastes this.
Maham senses something fishy about all the recent happenings.
Jalal goes to meet Jodha. He returns the ring she had thrown in angst. She refuses to do as he says. Jalal tells her that he wasn't here to fight with her. The ring signified her position as the Mughal queen,so she should wear it,as he very well knew she did her duties very well.
As he leaves,he says to himself,that he hoped Jodha is proved innocent,so that he can get hold of the person who was behind this.
A lady in burkha is shown again. The ingredients needed for the mixturebeing fed to Jodha gets over. So she goes to the hakim. The hakim gets to know that she must be the culprit. But the burkha lady escapes. Sometime later,some masked soldiers come in search of the hakim.
Meanwhile javeeda entertaining Jodha with her talk when Salima arrives. Jodha feels nauseous and she vomits a blue liquid.
Jodha was innocent.
Jalal is discussing about capturing certain kingdims. He is distracted though thinking about jodha.
Salima soon informs him that Jodha was innocent. She was not pregnant.
Precap : Jalal and Jodha are walking. Jodha tells him that she will leave Agra once she gives birth. Ignoring whatever she said,Jalal tells her that he had hought of names for their child. Salim would be the name if he was a boy
