I saw his movie on youtube and have to admit it was with a good story although even Ruslaan's charm was missing...he has so much spark in him but needs a good director to extract it...so i think not just Ruslaan even the director of the show JLZ also deserve credit for extracting the best of him. However if someone wants to see his good movies then watch MP3 and Tere Sang...they are both very nice. Tere sang also has a very good story line and its gripping too...its made by Satish Kaushik.

Its just luck...otherwise why din he get slumdog millionaire...and he made it big instantly on TV. Even i liked all his fims they were definatly worth one time watch. The reason why he chose TV was this only...he said in his interview that he is liked by people in whatever he does...but his films dont. Also he does so less work that he is hardly infront of audience...so tv will give him a chance to be infront of audience and see whether they like him or not.

My di is one big fan of him she loves all his work and him of course lol you know when I told her about the new show and the story she didn't like it she said it's like loog Toh kuch kahenge just different. But I said just take look and next day she called me and was like "OMG tum ne bataya kyun nahi ki Ruslaan play kar raha he"? then I was like who? And then I got to know who he was and all. and now she don't miss anything about the show :)

This show is so very sweet and the character of DV is so adorable that you would like it without being a Ruslaan fan...so many of us have started to like Ruslaan after this show...even you can try watching it just like your Di...and ask her to be a part of India Forum family and comment her thoughts about ruslaan and this show.

his movies were good... he's fab but I dont want him to take up movies again. I mean who could replace him as DV??!

Maybe not so soon but ultimately yes...maybe after this show wraps up. lets not see him working in Ekta maata shows after this...let him be back in films...this time good ones which also work at box office.
