Jalal comes to meet Jodha in her chamber.Moti was standing outside her chamber,had a strong urge to sto the shahenshah from entering her chamber,since she was changing.But she doesn't.How could she?He was her 'husband' afterall.

 

When Jalal enters,Jodha was just about to remove ger chunari,panicking,she covers herself immediately.

Jalal immediately,turns his back in her,but couldn't hwlp but blush.

 

Jodha questions his arrival there at that time.Jalal retorts by saying a husband doesn't need an appointment to meet his wife.

 

He laughs at his statemebt,as he says,despite being a married pair,they treat each other like strangers.

 

He continues,stating he had come to tell her that he had found the culprit and he/she would be punished.Although it was a known fact that it out,that an emperor never apologises,he asks for her forgiveness.Adding on,he also says that,to nullify his wrong doings,he gives her two choices.Kind if consolation.

 

First,since it was clearly evident that she 'hated' him,she could get freedom from him.she could get a divorce from him and gi back to Amer.

 

Two,she could stay in Agra being his beloved begum.

 

He then leaves.Moti comes to Jodha explaining why she couldn't stop Jalal from ebtering the chamber.Jodha laughs hard and then suddenly breaks down into tears,thinking about how fate plays games with her.

 

Cut to,Jalal prays to the Almighty,asking for His guidance,asking Him to help him do justice.

 

Everyone is in the Darbar,awaiting Jalal's disclosure of the murderer.A furious Jalal gives the murderer a final chance of confessing.When that doesn't happen,he declares Maham-a murderer.He then forcefully pushes her down.Adham begs for forgiveness and asks Jalal to leave his ammi.

 

Jalal responds by stating that he could never doubt his ammi or his own badi ammi,but the lady in front of them was the 'murderer'.

 

Turns out,this lady was Maham's look alike.Sometime later,the real Maham enters the pictyre,leaving everyone stunned.

 

Jalal then describes how he had figured it out.He had cross-checked over and over again,until he wasn't cent percent sure that this was NOT Maham.

 

He gad then onformed the real Maham about the same,and said that Maham herself was shocked.

 

Precap-Jodha and Maham were having a conversation.Jodha says "..so that means,it was you only who had poisoned the kesar?and not the fake Maham?"

 

Maham replies by saying,even the shahenshah belivew me now,yet Jodha begum,you don't.
