Episode- 110

Next few days the gang enjoyed a lot. Team members enjoyed fishing, swimming, playing basketball, have barbeques in lawn. They all have gone for a full day sightseeing in Delhi- also tasted variety of Kebabs & other foods in Paranthe wali gali . They even took a fool day tour to Agra - visited Taj Mahal (& as usual took many selfies infront of Taj Mahal). They also went to Solang for camping for 2 nights at almost at the end of the week. This week long tour was extremely memorable & refreshing for them. They decided to go for more camping & enjoy lots of adventure sports round the world in future. Now, as the holiday ended, it's time to return home. When they came to Delhi , they were both physically & mentally exhausted owing to huge work pressure, but now when they are returning back, they are feeling extremely energetic & full of positive attitude.

After coming back from Delhi they resumed their daily schedule. It was one fine evening team founded Neha & Aashi to be somewhat disturbed. On asking they replied, that Neha's parents are aware of her & Vicky's relationship & same is with Aashi's parents who knew about her & Raghav's relationship. Now the parents want them to get settled personally as they are quite settled professionally. But the problem is with Neha & Vicky's parents as both of them are from Kolkata, so their parents want them to come back & settle down over there.

Team got very tensed at this. After fighting against all odds & coming such a long way together, if Neha & Vicky left them- it's obviously a huge blow .

Rinni asked concerned,'Tum log Kolkata mein jaake settle honge, matlab D3 aur hum sab ko chhorke chale jaoge'?

Now, it is the common thought that was going on in all of their brains.

After sometime Swayam asked,'Guys, kuch toh sochna padega. Kyon ki aaj jo problem Neha- Vicky face kar rahe hain, kal ko wahi problem, humare doosre friends bhi face karne wale hain'.

Matlab'- now Rey asked concerned.

Swayam explained,' Guys- Vishakha ko dekh- uskey parents Bangalore mein hain & wo bhi toh kabse Vishakha ko wapas aane keliye bol rahe hain. Simmi & Nil- Indore se hain- ubke parents ka bhi wahi kehna hain. Amar apna studies ko support karne keliye additional canteen mein kaam karta tha. Jab uska father ka Assam mein transfer ho gaya, tab se usko bhi to sab wapas bula rahe hain. & me- main Jodhpur se hu lekin dad ka pura business Delhi pe hain. Mere sath dad ka job hi problem hain, unhone mujhe abhi tak kuch nahi kaha, but it's likely kea b wo bhi chahenge ki main permanently Delhi aakar rahu. Sab jaante hain that we have our academy over here phir bhi sab wapas bula rahe hain. Kahe rahe hain wapas jaake waha pe kisi aur Academy mein join karloon. Ab kuch to sochna padega'

Sochnma to padega hi Swayam. Dekho aaj sab tire hain, ghar chalet hain. Sab eksath hain toh dekhna koi na koi solution nikal ayega'- Sharon tried to cheer up everybody. All decided to call it a day & left for their home. Rey offered Sharon to drop her home, but Sharon shyly replied, she is being invited at dinner by Swayam's parents. After some teasing session they all left.

Next day evening again gang met at hall.

Guys kal humara jis baat ko lekar itna discussion hua, uskey baarein mein maine kaafi socha. & bahot sochne ke baad mujhe 1 idea aya'- Sharon started to draw everybody's attention.

When all looked at her & gestured her to continue, she explained,'Guys, hum mein se kaafi sare friends ko agar Mumbai chhorna para, that doesn't mean ki sabko D3 ko bhi chhorna pare'.

Matlab'- now Vishakha asked

Hum mein se kuch logo ko Mumbai chhorke jaana padega- that is for sure. Instead of fighting with our parents agar hum sab kuch pehle se ache se plan karke challenge, to wo log Mumbai se bahar jaake rahe sakte hain & unko D3 bhi nahi chhorna padega.

Sharon kiya tum isko thoda aur explain karogi'- Simmi asked

Sure. Humare friends jo bahar jake rahega, hum usi jagape D3 ka ek branch khol sakte hain.

You mean to say agar Neha & Vicky Kolkata mein jaake settle honge, to hum wahi pe D3 ka 1 branch khol lenge '- Aashi enquired.

Xactly guys. Achha main explain karti hu. 1 minute', Sharon went & stood infron to the white board placed at one corner of the hall & started writing something. When she moved aside, guys saw the white board

Guys, philhaal ke liye in logo ka bahar jaane ki baat ho rahi hain. Let's make it organised', Sharon again went infront of the white board & again started writing something. This time when she moved aside, gang find out the revised version.

D3 ACADEMY

Neha + Vicky - Kolkata

Simmi + Nil - Indore

Vishakha + Bharat - Bangalore (If Vishakha is going to settle down in Bangalore, Bharat would also join her as Bharat do not have a family & he lives alone. & also because they were a couple)

Amar + Rinni - Assam (Rinni would also go & settle down with Amar in Assam both being a couple)

Swayam + Sharon - Delhi (As Swayam's father would want him to get settled in Delhi , so Sharon would also go with him . Moreover Sharon's father is already in Delhi.)

Raghav + Aashi - Mumbai

Rey - Mumbai

All the gang members checked the revised version & agreed to it. Team decided as they have already agreed on the point of spreading branches of D3, so they should start working on it on immediate basis. They chalk out a final plan. Swayam put the final flow chart on the White board

Expansion D3 ACADEMY

• Handover the responsibility of Mumbai branch on other trainers & shift focus on the expansion of Academy for 1 year
• Contact brokers from Kolkata, Indore, Bangalore, Assam, Delhi.

• Shortlist the prospective location that can be turned into Academy
• All the concerned person should visit their respective places & finalise the location of Academy like Neha - Vicky for Kolkata, Amar for Assam, Vishakha for Bangalore, Swayam for Delhi & Nil- Simmi for Indore
• After finalizing location, the other gang members would join them soon after for proper Academy set-up.
• News of opening new branches through, their official website, social networking site, youth magazines & other media.
• Transfering few trainers from Mumbai branch to other areas & recruiting new trainers from local areas.
• Build & recruit separate Marketting, PR team individually for each branch
• Enrollment of new Students in all the new branches

Looking at the flow chart, gang realized they have to gear up for another huge challenge.

Swayam continued,' Guys, branches kholneka itna tension mat lo. 1 aur good news hain tum logo ke liye.'

Swayam professionally hum 1 aur bara step lene jarahe hain, & tu hume aur 1 good news dene wala hain. Bol kya hain'? Nil said excitedly.

Jab tak hum branches set up karne keliye busy rahenge, main Taani se baat karta hu, so that wo , Siddharth sir & unki puri team tum sab ki Marriage plan final karle. Afterall yeh 5 marriages to use hi arrange karni hain'

Everyone congratulated each other & got extremely excited with turning up of all events.

When gang was busy discussing all these events Rey called up Sharon,'Kaal ka dinner kaisa tha tumhara'

Accha hi tha. Swayam ka parents dad se baat karna chahte hain' Sharon informed.

So another marriage is on it's way ha'- Rey teased his bestest buddy.
