News is that Anurag Kashyap and Vikas Bahlhave roped in the very attractive Raveena Tandon to play the role of a jazz singer in former's 'Bombay Velvet'.

Despite Raveena's initial reservations, the makers have obviously managed to convince her.

something tells me this film would be a turkey. did bombay even have jazz clubs back in the day? 😲😲😲

I thought Kashyap knew his shit ????????????😆😆😆

So far this movie is kind of scaring me...Kjo As the villain with Pichkari and Duck face as the leads...and now Raveena on board. I really hope everyone associate with this movie knows what theyre doing.

Raveena and Anu are jazz singers, KJO plays a funny villian and Ranbir is a MMA fighter. Its an imaginary 1960's Bombay... Anurag is risking a lot for this project. I hope the end product makes sense.

The movie is based on very popular book on Mumbai if I am not wrong. So the authenticity shouldn't be a question.
