Team MissMalini (Team MM): Tell us something about the Being Human Foundation.
Salman Khan (SK): Being Human is a clothing line that makes amazing clothes, all the proceeds go towards charity. We've got the men's line, now we've got the women and children's clothing line as well. If you like the clothing, youmust go and buy them!
Team MM: You are asking people to donate by purchasing merchandise from your stores and not pay the amount upfront. Why do you believe in this form of charity?
SK: I feel that since you wear clothes, you might as well wear cool clothes, buy cool clothes. The profit that goes to some designer or manufacturer or some owner of a brand we don't know, might as well go back to the country and you've bought your clothing, you've bought whatever you like and you've done your charity as well! So when you're doing the charity you know that you're not just giving money, you've got something for yourself.

[Btw I've bought some of the tees from the Being Human store in Bandra and I can tell that the quality of fabric used is top notch. They have some really cool designs as well. And most of all, Salman was very happy to see that I'm wearing it!]
Team MM: Do you personally select the fabric/designs? What is your role as a businessman?
SK: The designers design the clothes. My job is to reject the designs I don't like and keep the stuff that I like.
Team MM: What is next for the Being Human foundation?
SK: Right now for Being Human we are doing clothing, we'll doing a lot of stuff. I can't talk about it till the time we don't officially do it. Haan, we have just done a partnership with Fortis Hospitals where we are going to take care of starting with hundreds, then thousands and then lakhs and lakhs of people who require surgeries.
