I don't think a national publication can publish the photos without getting sued otherwise. If it was against their will, they can most definitely sue the publication for privacy breach. The talk of the town lately has been those photos of Katrina Kaif and Ranbir Kapoor on the beach during their Ibiza vacation, and while you'd expect that Katrina would be fuming about the photo leaks, we hear that she actually doesn't mind at all.

Apparently, Kat was heard telling a friend that these pictures actually send out a clear message: the Salman Khan chapter is over, and she and Ranbir Kapoor are going strong. She isn't exactly thrilled about with the way the photos were taken, but she feels liberated knowing that everyone can see it's clear that she's dating Ranbir. For obvious reasons, the recent reports of Ranbir and Deepika Padukone getting closer haven't gone down well with her, nor did the rumours that he had kissed her in full view during a Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani success bash.

So while she may want to avoid talking about it herself, it looks like Katrina is quite alright with these photos setting the record straight. Meanwhile, the couple is enjoying some quality time in Sri Lanka, where Ranbir is currently shooting for Bombay Velvet.
