He lost his lady love to his best friend in his debut film Student of the Year. As if to make up, Varun Dhawan is all set to woo two damsels in his upcoming film. In Khapoli on the Pune-Mumbai expressway to launch a new ride called Deep Space at Adlabs Imagica, Dhawan got candid about his secret ambitions, new projects and more. He posed as the "lost astronaut" and later, took a ride on the in-house space-themed roller coaster ride with fans.

Smitten by the latest fashion rage, he threw on a neon orange jacket with a nude T-shirt and a pair of denims as he got out of his astronaut suit, which he wore for a stint. Sipping on a tall glass of cola, he said he is not a fitness freak but wants to keep fit and look good. "I am training under a mixed martial arts specialist from Nagaland, who was ranked 12th in India. It is a rigorous training but helps me build on my natural strength," he said, adding that his character in his next film, Main Tera Hero, has to perform some action sequences for which he is training hard.

The shooting has already begun, and Dhawan seems to have gotten along well with his co-stars. "Contrary to popular belief, Nargis is a rather fun person to be around. She is always dishing out witty comments and cracking jokes. Ileana, on the other hand, is very down to earth. She has no airs about being a star. Both of them are unlike what the common perception of an actress is," he said.

While engaging in a chit-chat, he revealed that his secret fantasy is to run a cross-country marathon in a European country. Dhawan also announced that going on dates is a thing of the past. "It is time for me to be in a serious relationship with a girl who has a mind of her own and can make her own decisions. Girls who are trying to be perfect are a turn off. The dating game is over for me. I have grown out of the excitement of dating someone," he said.
