AsYa FF-Please Forgive Me-Note PG 82 UPDT 8/18/14

Zoya dragged her feet towards the Khan mansion. Her
left cheek was stinging so badly she already knew that she would get a bruise
on her soft tender skin. She tried to hold back the tears but couldn't she
broke down crying all the way to khan mansion. She reached the gate and wiped
away the tears with the sleeve of the burkha and slowly made her way to the
door. Before she opened the door she plastered a fake smile on her face and
walked in. she looked up to see that no one is in the living room and quickly started
to make her way to her room without anyone noticing but her prayers were not
answered. Dilshad saw her and quickly ran up to her and took her in for a big
hug. Zoya slugged against Dilshad and broke down crying saying "Phupi I didn't do
anything!" "I promise you that I never meant for this to happen I just wanted
Mr. Khan to see Aayan's' engagement"

Dilshad: "Zoya Beta it's okay I understand I know
you can never do such a thing as that. I know you can never hurt anyone. Now
please stop crying and look up at me.

Zoya looked up at her Phupi but her vision was so
blurry that she could not see properly from the tears that were in her eyes.

Dilshad: "Beta where did you get those sweets from?"

Zoya: "Phupi wo' actually Tanveer gave them to me'
to give to Aayan and Humaira... as an engagement' gift," she said in between
sobs.

Dilshad: "Beta its okay come on let me take you to
your room and you go get some rest okay. And I will also get you some water."

Zoya turned around to go to her room but she saw
Asad standing there and glaring at her with anger in his eyes. She tried to
hold back the tears but couldn't slowly the tears started falling and she just kept
walking.

Asad: "Ms. Farooqui look at me!"

She heard him say something but it did not register
to her she just kept walking slowly as if the entire worlds weight was on her
shoulder. Asad came up to her and grabbed her by the shoulder to get her
attention. She looked up to see pain in Asad's eyes but she brushed the thought
aside thinking it was for what Raziya had said regarding his Ammi.

Asad: "Ms. Farooqui when I called you and told you
to come home this instant why didn't you listen to me! Now look at what you
have done! I never knew that you were such an irresponsible baatameez ladki
ever in my life until now! No wonder your parents left you in this world all
alone! Just leave us alone and stop interfering in our personal matters and
stay away from all this because it doesn't concern you!"

Asad looked down at Zoya and saw the state that she
was in he left her go and she turned around to walk away slowly to her room. Zoya
started feeling dizzy she wobbled a little and held her head before she could
take another step she fainted and hit her head on the floor so hard that a
small pool of blood had collected around her hair. Dilshad saw this as she came
out from Najma's room with her walking next to her.

Dilshad: "Zoya beta! Wake up! Open your eyes beta! Najma
go quickly call the doctor."

Najma: "Ji Ammi"

Dilshad: "Asad beta please quickly take Zoya to her
room."

Asad could not believe what just happened and was shocked
at how he treated Zoya. He stood rooted and wouldn't move. Anger was soon
replaced with guilt as to what he said to Zoya out of anger for what had happened
to his Ammi. Dilshad then screamed again and it broke Asad from his thoughts. He
looked down to the ground and saw Zoya lying there lifeless looking very pale.

Dilshad: "ASAD! Come help me carry Zoya to her room
she is losing a lot of blood we need to stop the bleeding."

Finally Asad came over and picked up Zoya to carry
her to her room. His eyes had tears in them and a lone tear fell down his
cheek. Flashback of mangalpur went through his mind when he saw Zoya lying
lifeless in the ground. The pain that he left then is the same he left right
now. It felt as if he was losing his world and it happened because of him. He
cursed himself for being so rude to Zoya under his breath but his ammi heard
him and just glared at him. He put Zoya down in her bed and quickly ran out of
her room to his room. His ammi heard him shut the door to his room but didn't care
because right now Zoya needed her more then Asad did. Najma rushed in with the doctor
and the doctor examined Zoya really quickly.

Dilshad: "doctor will Zoya be okay?"

Doctor: "Yes she will be okay Mrs. Khan she fainted due
to severe stress and also because lack of food. It seems to me that she hasn't ate
any food in a while. Also I have given her an injection which will make her
regain consciousness soon and I also have prescribed some medicines which she
needs to take for the wound on her head. She will be in pain for the next 3
days but as long as she takes the medicine, rests and eats, and also stays away
from stress she will recover very quickly."

Dilshad: "Okay thank you doctor. Allah Hafiz"

Doctor: "Allah Hafiz"

Dilshad walked the doctor to the door and sent him
off. As Dilshad was walking back to her room Asad came up to her and gave his
ammi a hug. Dilshad however did not respond as she was still very upset with
his son and all that he said to Zoya and then what happened to her because of
him. Dilshad moved away to walk away but Asad caught her hand and made her look
at him.

Asad: "I am sorry ammi please forgive me."

Dilshad: Asad beta don't apologize to me you have
not caused me any harm in fact it is Zoya who you have greatly hurt so go
apologize to her."

With that Dilshad turned around to walk off but Asad
grabbed her hand again.

Asad: Ammi wo'Zoya will be okay though wont she...

Just as Dilshad was about to answer they heard a
scream coming from Zoya's room. Asad and Dilshad looked at each other and then
quickly ran to Zoya's room to see what happened. When they reached the room
what they saw shocked both Dilshad and Asad to the core.
