The main lead is the same lady who played Mansha. In this episode her name was something with R, I can't remember. So I will type Lady R.

She and her husband are on there way to someplace and suddenly there is an accident and her husband is injured. He is taken to the hospital where he tells his wife to take care and dies.

Her Mother in Law is so enraged and she wants her to get out of the house. She stays there in spite of all the trouble she is receiving. She does not leave with her father.

One day she is throwing up, so she visits the doctor. The doctor mentions that she is pregnant and she should tell this to her in laws and then they will forget all their venom against her and will accept her and her kid happily. She mentions to the doctor that no one will be happy and she is worried if they will let this baby come into this world.

She breaks the news to her in laws and brother in law and sister in law. Her mother in law is too excited thinking her son is going to come back. She is saying that no one will do anything against the Lady R. As she leaves her elder son follows her and tries to poison her mind saying she may have a daughter too, what is the guarantee. They have to get scanning done. The mother in law next day even tries to get the scanning done, but the doctor warns her and tells her that it is illegal and should not try anywhere else too.

The elder brother and his wife (Bhai and Bhabi) are conspiring against Lady R and they want the baby aborted because if she has a son then he will also hold partnership in the business and they want all the money for there son.

They decide to convince their parents to send them to Banaras to perform some pooja to for their younger son's soul. The lady R is really scared.

The next day morning, bhabhi comes when the lady R is having her breakfast and taunts her to come with her to some place. She stands up firm against her and says she is not interested in coming to any place with her. At this juncture, bhabhi is irritated and she drags her to her room and tries to warn her. She goes to call her husband and she is wondering why he has not yet arrived with the papers. The Lady R calls the doctor and leaves a message saying she is scared and she needs some help.

Bhabhi is dialing and then Bhai comes with papers. They go to her room and try to force her to sign some papers and then when she refuses, he takes out bottle of pills (sleeping pills) and pushes all of it in her mouth and force her to drink water. She is getting tired with this and unconsious. Just then the doorbell rings. NCCW Anupam and Doctor have come to talk to the Lady R. Bhai and Bhabi drag her to the room and close the door and opens the front door. They lie saying she is not home and she has gone to her father's home and the message may be some one else. Anupam wants to search the entire house. Bhabhi says they were getting late to some party and they have to leave.

Bhai is screaming if they have any warrant. Anupam and Doctor just leave and in the room we see Lady R getting up and she opens the door and probably trying to escape.

The lady's name is Shruti whom Smisha in the previous update mentioned as Lady R.

When Nakul Vaid(Anupam) and Doctor leave Shruti's in laws house, Shruti falls in front of their jeep and becomes unconscious. Doctor recognizes her as Shruti and she gets admitted to a hospital. At home inlaws have gone out of town and Shruti's greedy brother-in-law and co-sister are worried about Shruti missing from the room. Brother-in-law plans to complaint to the police that Shruti ran away with her boyfriend stealing their money and jewellery. Then he asks his wife to bring all the money and jewellery and plans to sell it.

At the hospital Shruti is out of danger and she tells Inspector, Anupam and Madhavi that she was forced with sleeping pills and was made to sign a blank paper. She says that they want to take back the property which her husband Shobhit had transferred to her name. But she is scared to complaint against them as she is worried about her to be born baby.

Here at the police station, Inspector is mad at that brother-in-law guy for falsely reporting a case and want to make and arrest. Anupam and Madhavi (Rajeshwari) tells him that he can't arrest them without any proof and Shruti is not ready to lodge a complaint. They devise a plan. Madhavi also asks inspector to give her names of all black marketer jewellers.

A person (inspector in disguise) calls brother-in-law that he heard that he has a property in Madh island and he is intersted in buying it. First this guy is skeptical but then the caller increases the amount to 3.5 crores and greed takes over and these people agree to sell it. He says that the property is in his brother Shobit's name. Then the caller says that he will come with a lawyer and will make necessary arrangements and asks him to meet before bandra court.

This guy and his wife are happy and when his parnets return they tell that Shruti ran away with jewellery and money with a guy. Mother-in-law curses Shruti.

In front of Bandra court, Caller and a lawyer are present and this guy is asked to sign many papers. Then they ask who this Shruti is? because property is in her name. This guy says she is Shobit's wife and is out of town. Caller says that she needs to sign the papar. This guy is tensed and tells them that Shruti will be out of town for 6-7 months. Then they say if they can take all the papers form him so that they can make proper arrangements. Caller them gives him a blank cheque. This guy is skeptical but caller says that he needs to trust him and that he will meet him at his house at 5:00 pm. Then Inspector tells Anupam that Madhavi must be at the station with Hari bhai the guy who bought jewellery from them.

It's past 5:00pm and the guy and wife are tensed. Then they hear doorbell and when he opens the door finds the inspector and a constable. Just then mother-in-law is also at the door. Inspector tells them that they found Shruti and the jewellery and they need to go with him to the station for identification.

At the station they bring Hari bhai the jeweller and he tells everyone that the guy (brother-in-law)sold the jewellery. Madhavi tells the in-laws that your 'pyaara' son is a devil and he will even kill you guys for money. She vows to put them behind bars with maximum punishment.

At the hospital Shruti delivers her baby and Anupam hands her the property papers. Shruti is thankful then Madhavi tells her that 'God helps those who helps themselves.'
