Thanks everyone! Vi, ash, sheetal...see it can always be fixed. A good flashback scene or two to tie up loose ends, and they can easily bring ARVI back! The more thy complicate it the more they are sending this story and show on a downward spiral. It really is about these 2 and their own chemistry. See nobody else can be Arjun and noone else can be Purvi. And they just cant recreate the same magic and chemistry with anyone else. Simple as that.

Thank you Archana and well supported Anum.

This love story has its roots in respect and understandlng first and foremost. Before they were in love, they learnt to admire and value each other. This was no flash in the pan kind of passionate romance. And I doubt any age group found itself immune to this portrayal.

Why.

Two words, Rithvik and Asha. Call it luck, call it hardwork, call it being in the right place at the right time. What the two bring to the table and the relationship is unmatched. The easy camaraderie they share lends itself to every moment they spend together on screen. No matter who they are with and what they are doing, their eyes find each other and our eyes, them.

With this background, it should be no mystery as to why the disenchantment. The current track has not only separated them, but also rendered each and every sweet, lyrical moment, shabby and shameful. Marriages to other people, double pregnancies, possibly babies dying and babies being swapped.. Given that this was NOT the intention when the story began...

Every time Purvi promised Arjun that she would not leave him...we were listening.
And Arjun's observation to Purvi...whenever it rains, a good thing happens?
All of us...even those who don't believe...are waiting with Arjun, for that good thing to happen.

Wonderful post Archana 👏

ArVi have mismatched partners right now and it's just not the same as when Arjun and Purvi are with each other. I'm gonna use that quote from Castle to highlight my point --

Castle: Nice guy. I can see how it wouldn't work, though.
Beckett: Really?
Castle: Handsome. Square-jawed. By-the-book.
Beckett: And that's a bad thing?
Castle: He's like the male 'You'. Yin needs Yang, not another 'Yin'. Yin-Yang is Harmony.Yin Yin is... a name for a panda.

I want that harmony - I see it when ArVi are together, when Asha and Rithvik are Purvi and Arjun. The magic or chemistry isn't the same with ANYONE else.

So Zee - asking for it straight up - we want our ArVi reunited. We want them back.

Excellent post Archu di👏👏👏
Very well written..!!
I really hope Zee ppl read this wonderful post..
I really am vey grateful to Zee that they have us ArVi..dat they chose Rithvik and Asha to play Arjun and purvi..but really sad with what they have done to our ArVi..!!
Not commenting on current track much..i just want Old ArVi back...this is not our arjun and purvi with whom we fell in love..
our arjun and purvi were strong to fight for their love..purvi was not Sacrificial Mahanta queen and Arjun was not the type of guy who takes all the non sense
I really want our old Arjun and purvi back together.!!

Loved ur post di.!!hope they listen to us..!

Hello Everyone. Long time! I heard about the future track...and well, I just wont go there. I decided to write a letter to someone at Zee...expressing my feelings about the whole thing--which I thought I would share with you all. Here it is:

My name is Archana Verma. I had sent you an email previously, but since I hadnt gotten a reply yet, thought I would try again. I realize you must be extremely busy, and your inbox is probably flooded :) But as they say..."If at first you dont succeed, try, try, try again"...so here we are. :)

Zee is a great channel- I remember the first serial I ever started watching was Astitva. Pretty long time ago. There were plenty of other shows too- Saat Phere, Kasam Se, Teen Bahuraniyaan, and the list goes on. I was definitely a regular watcher of the soaps over the years and fully enjoyed them. However, I had never been too involved in them. Until now.

Now I found myself all over India Forums (which I had just joined in April 2012), on Facebook as Admin of a large Fan Group, writing an article for Fuze Magazine contest, and watching SBB/SBS (which Id never even heard of before)---all for the first time ever---and that too because of an Indian Television show. All manner of things which I never thought possible. Just never imagined a show could make such an impact on me at such a level. Not to that extent anyway!

All because of a Zee TV Show called Pavitra Rishta. And a new, young couple--Arjun and Purvi. ARVI. I dont know if it is the chemistry of the 2 young actors, Rithvik and Asha, their obvious comfort level with each other, or what they represent- a young couple of todays world, or what it is? An arrogant, spoiled NRI boy and a fiesty, yet simple middle class Indian girl. But they touched my heart. And the heart of many others as well.

Ive attached a copy of the article I wrote..with some minor changes...to kind of show you just who Arjun and Purvi are and what they mean to us. When you created them, and particularly those 2 actors to play them, it really was a winner. They are just so real. With their fights, mistakes, misunderstandings, yet funny times and deep, deep love and passion for each other.

See it is not about the story or track. It is Rithvik and Asha. They are Arjun and Purvi. See, even if ARVI would reunite and we had the best track ever for them it wouldnt matter. If Rithvik was replaced by another actor as Arjun, opposite Asha/Purvi, or Asha was replaced by another actress as Purvi- opposite Rithvik/Arjun, it simply wouldnt be the same. The 2 of them simply set the screen on fire.

Now the future story track pairs them with other people. Not just as it pertains to the other characters in terms of the show- but to other actors. And no, it is not the same. Though both are doing a great job in their portrayal of their respective roles, and making every effort to do their job, you get the feeling that there is something missing.

Rithvik/Shruti and Shakti/Asha simply do not have that type of explosive chemistry. So it is nowhere near the same. It is very simple really. That kind of chemistry we only see with Asha and Rithvik----much like Ankita and Sushant---and we want to see them back together. And all the emotions, intensity, chemistry, and hilarity they bring out in each other is such a treat to watch. Balaji and Zee truly hit a homerun with this pairing.

It's not about blasting the track, story, or show...we want to just see these two be ARVI again. We want to laugh with them, cry with them, get angry with them and have the fun of watching them go through life together- and all its ups and downs.

Thank you again for bringing them to us, and its my sincere hope that we get to see them back together to rock the show, Zee, and my TV screen again!!

Sincerely,
Archana
