Hum Saath Saath Hai - Parivar Special Review Part1

Suhasi/Jaisheel ' Their act was not new in terms of concept. I have seen it so many times and although this is one of the better ones my favorite has to be ravi kissen in jdj. However what I liked about this was the new presentation and choreography. Although I doubt anyone would be like Shilpa to think that it was the mirror and it was only Suhasi as Jaisheel wa the one who's face we get ot see and its Suhasi's back I have to say that these two were like mirror images. The best part for me is the fact that there were actually real mirrors and the part where when they were moving from one end to the other the middle part where there was no mirror they had to be total synch without knowing when the other person started . The timing was impeccable in that so over here for both choreography and execution they surely deserved top marks. Now that Dhrasti came to visit them I am sure next week we are going to see them back on the top of the leader board.

Neelu/Arvind ' When the act started for the first few minutes I was confused and lost as to what is happening. Comedy Circus no no this is Nach Baliye. And last week in their experiment they had failed so I was like oh no don't tell me this is a repeat. To top it generally when you use so many props the props tend to outshine the dancers. . However over here Neelu and Arvind both were in control and made sure that they were the focus. There were times that Arvind did forget his steps but his presence of mind made doing nothing also look like that was a part of the sequence . These 2 were did justice to the concept and their expressions were too good. I have to 100% agreed with Sajid that no one could have watched this act without rolling on the ground laughing. I can understand the 10 as the execution was not clean so no complaints there.

Bhatiyaar/Tanaaz 'I have not seen previous season when they participated I thought this dance was ok. I know that Bhatiyaar is a good dancer and from the AV it looked like Tanaaz too was so I guess that's why I had high hopes. But then you are not in the competition so anything can be done. Zeus surely has the genes to become a good dancer. Tanaz has good taste Jai/Mahi is there in my top 3. Amar and Charlie its difficult to not include them because of Amar.

KarNish- Their choreography was not great and the execution was not the best. Ya these 2 are the best to depict romance however I don't see that ooze out of their performance. This was the a perfect song and dance form for them to nail it .There could have been more lifts and difficulty added to their choreography. They are playing it too safe now its high time they realize that just by votes they will not be able to survive. And this weak the votes too could not keep them from the bottom. I have a feeling that if there is not many people below them they would be in the danger of getting eliminated next week.

Rahul/Dimpy ' Dimpy has always been the star of the shows in terms of dance and expressions and for Sajid to say that today she stole the show I was like what nonsense. Sajid was always looking for the extra over the top entertainment as for him its was more entertainment and not dance. Over here although there were comedy and expressions it was normal Bollywood number. No different concept and just plain dance to a popular number that you had to execute well to make it look good. There were times you could see Rahul trying to make sure he remembered the sequence of the steps. That's probably why it felt that the comedy was not free flow and that it was forced for a change.

Supriya/Sachin- They both are good at comedy and their dance was full of that . They had so much energy and although I did not see them before I kind of can see that they did deserve ot win as they can dance. They remind me of Neelu/Arvind as both they jodi's are one of the older jodi's . And despite that they give the youngsters a good fight in the energy department too. I am hoping that they become the winner just like Supriya/Sachin.

Some stuff that I could not understand from today's episode

Why were shown the AV of Shilpa. Why not show more on the contestants as that's whom we have to learn about and vote. This year NB seems to be doing AV;s at random. To top it rasgullas just for her what about the other 2 judges ???

How come Hiten spoke only in English. I thought that since he is a hindi serial star he would speak in hindi and I have seen him before today mostly speak only in hindi so why change that.

Health of the WEAK - Why this new title? Nothing can beat Step of the WEAK it was very innovative but now bringing it as health as totally ruined it.

Who were this trio that they showed at the end. I thought they were looking for jodi's so how did the first kid fit in to this. If it was to show us what talent is there what sense does it make as ths show is not about trios but duos. And the duo here were not that great. There were some synch issues with them.
