She was cluless what it was when he said that first time ..she said yeh kya hota hai🤣 then he goes on explaining about it...epic🤣

That has got nothing to do with generation gap...I am nearer to Sana's age and knew about kasturi mrig and the location source of its scent. Only thing I didnt know was that its found in the male of the species😆
When I heard the compliment, I was ROFLing at the thought that how would sana react if she knew the exact location the smell comes out of and how it would sound to the audience🤣

you got it wrong ji...he was mentioning this very Kasturi Mrig...saying,"Sana tum Kasturi Mrig ki tarah ho...wo jaanti ho, uske andar ek khushboo hoti hai, magar wo khud naheen jaanta ki khushboo kidhar se aa rahi hai..."

Thats why Farha was taking digs at him day before and Salman yesterday...Kasturi Mrig...or Musk Deer!😊

Nature's beauty is, you look at any species...it has blessed males with 'beauty' as well as unique assets for impressive display and to attract females. In contrast, females lack these attraction enhancing additional assets and yet, irony is males are totally lattoo and fida on females.😆

Just compare a majestic male peacock to a bland, almost featherless female counterpart, a majestic tusker to a smaller, tuskless female elephant, majestic lion with a beautiful mane to a plain jane looking lioness...or in this case, the Musk fragrance carrying majestic male who literally gets ripped because of this nature's gift that only he receives!

human being is exception to this.. though many may still contradict me

Naheen...no exception!😛

Human Males too follow the universal law and do everything possible to woo their female counterparts!

Just as a Lioness doesn't tell Lion, or a female peacock doesn't confess to male peacock, why would a human female tell a male that,"Sach bolun? Tum jyaada acche lag rahe ho!" 🤣

The reason males of species have showier plumage and attractive features like manes, scent glands etc is because they have to try extra hard to mate. Typically in nature the females mate only with the alpha male. The attractive features help the male compete against other males to get that privilege. Many males will go a lifetime without mating because they couldn't compete with other males.

I'd say humans are definitely an exception to the norms because our social structures around courtship and mating are completely different.

Although insects would be another exception due to the presence of female dominance/deadly female like Queen Bee, Black Widow, Praying Mantis etc.

PS: The female African elephant does have tusks. Patriarchy is so typically Indian. 😆

Indian female elephants too have tusks, but its a rare occurrence. In African elephants too, not every female has tusks.

Once read an interesting piece on this aspect. It stated that in early times, humans too had same or very similar behavior as animals have...

...tribes and States would attack each other, alpha males would get the pick of females, weaker fellows the left overs...! Just as in Animals, the males would do everything to spread their seed far and wide, while females would instinctively look for the stronger males for protection as well as best (strongest) genes for progeny.😊

Over time, polygamy got abolished as a societal norm in most societies...and strength didn't remain confined to physical strength only but acquired a wider meaning with Financial status, placement of male in economic status ladder of life etc, became factors in females seeking best options for themselves and their next generation.

Over the centuries, human males have ended up recognizing place of females more and more and with advent of gender equality, even factors like nature of a potential partner, likings, love etc. have creeped in a much bigger way and in many a cases, end up becoming decisive factors even when the male is not exactly were strong financially and physically!

Was a very logically put forward and case studied piece of work...I have merely done a sketchy hack work here!😆
