His actions contradict his statements 

his flirting with Sana is not that serious that he would marry her after they both are out of the show. But his crying for Delnaz is real drama that Delnaz and Sana both know. However, it's Delnaz mother who finds faults in Rajeev for no reason. If she wanted she could have said to Delnaz to mingle with Rajeev once again but she did not want, and flirting of Rajeev with Sana would have no longer transpired.

It's clearly Delnaz, who ditched her husband because he was going through bad patch in career that time while that moti forgot Rajeev was her Khuda who made her career.
