Tere Naam is one of my all time favorite movies...

lets just say

70% for box office

30 % external factors like acting, contribution

so based on that vidya gets an edge due to her 100% contribution to the movie compared to other actresses who range from 90 (bebo, PC) to as low as 5 (asin)

Box Office COllection wise Katrina getting A+ is understood as till now with 199.3 cr Lifetime collection Ek Tha Tiger is at TOP, so she deserved what Raja gave her rating.

Vidya getting A+ is in question coz Kahaani is less as compared to other heroines which he has rated.

Radhe but she IS responsible for the openings- may be not for ETT but for JTHJ her dance in ishq shave made people curios to see it, in Agneepath her item song favored opening even kjo accepted that. Now the same can't be said about asin as she even fails there- no one was excited to see her jump in hooka bar as she can;t even dance- no one even mentions her name before going to the movie- even in houseful 2 it was Jacki who was the most talked about female as she is sexy- another department where asin falls completely flat- she in the LITERAL meaning of it contributes nothing to her movies- almost non existent!
