After seeing his unconditional support she will feel even more guilty that she kept all this from him for so long. In the MF there is a post by Nikki by the title: Should Aarti deserve punishment. It is a very interesting post where there are many many views that said Yash should show indifference to Aarti only then will she realize her mistakes. Aarti is a person who has already started realizing her mistakes. Because she still finds it difficult to blurt out the truth does not mean that she does not realize the grave mistake she is committing. To me there is no need for Yash to show any indifference because way before that Aarti will be drowning in a sea of guilt and self loathing. What could be a bigger punishment than that.

Kirthi, while I agree with you about the bolded part, I do want to see some reaction on Yash's part. I do not want him to accept her past without question as to why she did not tell him...because you see in some way, he is also responsible for her not being able to confide in him! His constant emphasis that he does not like lies and his past behaviour where he went berserk, that is part of why Aarti is not able to open up. True he has more than made up for his behaviour, but that kind of trauma remains in the subconscious and she needs some kind of solid confirmation that he will not freak out again before she can confess. So I want that small rift between them before Yash accepts and prepares to pull Aarti out of the mess...because that way both will realize their mistakes in their punar vivah! Yash had it too easy to come out of his funk post Mumbai...he has not reflected really on his behaviour then or what effect it has had on Aarti...just because she forgave him everything without even being asked for forgiveness!

I have posted on the thread which you have mentioned...I want to see redemption for both and for that a small rift for reflections is necessary! I don't want a separation but more a withdrawal even on Yash' part!

I can forgive Aarti everything except for the final lie...that of hiding the BMT from Yash, because while she may still have reservations on their husband-wife relationship, she has no doubts on Yash-Ansh relationship...and she insulted that when she gave in to blackmail by Dubeys.

Similarly, while Yash may be head over heels in love with Aarti now, he did treat her badly earlier and as per my feeling, he has not really atoned for it fully yet...in spite of all the lovey-dovey scenes, because he has not been able to instill that feeling of trust in her and she fears she will lose him

Loved the episode and particularly Kaki entry is very funny and seriously holding on to old school of thought , Bua the second and she is the best competitor to Buaji.

P tells yash that today's his parents 30th Marriage anniversary and he plans a surprise party for them, yash says that a good news and asks if his parents are in bhopal? but he cleverly twists aarti parents marriage anniversary and considers aarti parents to be his parents too and they look after him like their child.😆 yash is impressed by P and praises him that even their own children neglect their parents. yash you would soon come to know how did he left his parents and wife and ran away behind nida.

P asks yash and aarti would they two take part in the marriage anniversary celebration, last 5 years they haven't celebrated their wedding anniversary, yash asks why? because they lost their son aartis husband, P asks if they are with him. aarti tries to say something yash gives a nod that they sure be part of it, aarti controlling her anger she knew about P and his plans but why doesn't she excuse herself from yash. love the way yash and aarti walking together and his wicked thinking about his plan.

yash and P try to sort out the plans together yash says he takes incharge of the interior decoration and orders P to take the Dubeys out for 3, or 4 hours he agrees to it., 30 years of marriage is not a simple thing a grand celebration is a must and they plan something romantically. P says yash to go to Dubeys house , he and aarti would do the shopping aarti at once says No in a loud manner , yash lifts his head looks at her, aarti calmly says she and yash would do the shopping and let P be with the dubeys if they come early then the surprise plan would be spoiled. yash agrees to it and P doesn't like it.
I was so happy when she turned P's request down.

At dubeys residence
Yash busy with decoration and the worker asks for 3 pin plug and he goes to ask aarti and love the way he fumbles in front of her , aarti opens the cupboard to take it just then an album falls down the floor
before she could bend and pick it up yash stops her and he picks it up and tries to look in it , but aarti remembers that album contains her wedding photos with P and she snatches it away from yash, she tells that this album contains memories of her past and she doesn't want to revive them. yash takes the 3 plug and leaves the room aarti says that he is not at fault but she is the one who has lied about her past.

All the members of Scindia family aarive at Mr. Dubeys residence Papa S asks where are the D's? yash replies P would bring them at any moment, vidhi says that they would hide and wish them surprisingly when they enter, Buaji says where to hide in such a small
place and Papa S gives a furious look and she keeps quiet. The door bell rings yash tells aal of them to hide behind the pillar he goes to switch off the lights and aarti goes to open the door, she opens the door to her surprise she founds P's Paternal aunt that is Kakki who doesn't like aarti not even in least bit , she taunts her for not welcoming her in to D's residence, and she is a mismatch for her pappu.😆 she comes inside looking at the Scindias she asks who they are? as she fails to recognize Papa S they are D's relatives she MU them as aartis parents and asks them they had send their daughter to D's house without any dowry ,G3 clarifies her doubt that they are not aartis parents but her In laws , Kaki says the D's are the In laws aarti sees the tension building up between the two parties tries Kaki to sit and relax as she has come long way before she could finish Kaki reprimands her not to speak in between.Aha what a smile in Buaji's face looking at kaki taunting aarti.

Papa S comes to rescue and tells to kaki after the death of aarti first husband she got remarried to yash, she is devastated to know about her pappu's death and taunts aarti for remarrying yash again and yash stands up to her defense he tells by remarrying aarti is the one who helped him and his children's and looked after them perfectly she is the good thing that happened in his life, still aisa namuna bohooth hain , what to do ?!!! 😡👎🏼😭 OMG this Kaki reminds me of an old actress in old RajKapoor film Anari Mrs. Breganza.

Just then bell rings all of them hide kaki asks prateek are you playing hide and seek ? 😆 Bua and kaki hiding behind the curtain and bua is the one who could handle kaki what a combination of the two?!!🤣 yash switch off the lights aarti goes to open the door, the Dubeys enter , kaki notices P and talks to herself they said he is dead but he is alive , yash pulls the string and they are showered with rose petals and lights are on and all of them congratulate the D's on their 30th wedding anniversary , the Dubeys tell the Scindias its an unexpected surprise for them , Prateek says it was yash and aarti along with Mr.D friends son P surprise plan. Kaki too wishes them hearing the voice from the back the D's are shocked and shoba looks at aarti. Really it was a complete mixture of romance, suspense, and comedy is it Pappu or sattu plan to call Kaki.?

@Jyo: Beautiful take with the pictures. I especially loved the comparison of Yash as light and Prashant as darkness. Also have to mention that Yash's thumbs up was too precious!

@Kirthi: Yes! I was so happy to see Payal very much present in the celebrations, and looking adorable in sea green, might I add! I don't know if I have said this before but that kid is beautiful with her sweet, cherubic face and her soulful eyes!

Anyway, yeah, I am tending less and less towards the fear that Yash and the Scindias will be too upset with Aarti. They adore her from the bottom of their hearts and even though they will be hurt by her lying to them, I can't see them just forgetting everything she has done, all her blood, sweat and tears. In fact, it is Shobha who keeps discounting Aarti's value in Scindia House by reiterating that the one lie can tip the balance. I'd like to think the Scindias are fairer than that, if not Gayatri than at least SP.

The more I think about it, the more I envision a rift happening because of Aarti's own guilt rather than the Scindias' anger. When they wanted to throw her out after the kidnapping, when Palak refused to accept her, when Yash has wanted to end their relationship, she fought for her place uncomplainingly and earned their respect and love. Perhaps in a touching turn of events, this will be their chance to fight for their relationships with her, that have now become so precious to each member of the family.

I did go through that thread briefly, and it is interesting to see words like "deserve" and "punishment' used and contested, because when you use those words, you are automatically presuming someone, probably yourself, to be the judge of right and wrong, when there is actually no absolute definition. To be honest, I don't see what Yash's indifference would achieve. Aarti would just accept it as her due and go further into her shell of guilt and shame, and by this point, Yash knows better.

I hate to keep bringing up this comparison but since it is relevant, when Yash was in his post-Mumbai crazy phase, so many people were saying that Aarti should be indifferent to him, that she should leave him alone but she kept ploughing through. Eventually, that is what worked. Had Aarti been indifferent to Yash, he would have just gone back into his emotionally vegetative state and stayed there. It would be the same here, were Yash to ignore Aarti.

There was a time when I thought that Yash should be angry, but that was when Aarti's compartmentalisation was at its quasi-psychotic best. Now after seeing the walls of her mind crumbling and the numb helplessness on her face, I realise that Yash's indifference wouldn't really have an effect on an already distant Aarti, but his love and perseverance very well could. In her heart, she has already accepted that Yash will be indifferent when he finds out, and this is why she can't enjoy the romance with him. So if he is indifferent, it is not going to tell her anything new. But an alternate reaction could be a much needed jolt for her.

Hey CVs are you really paying attention to us? Are you somehow going to intertwine Aarti's childhood and life as an orphan to this track so that we're already going to tumble into it just as we come out of this one?

Shobhs, I completely agree with you especially the part in bold. When I say that he will unconditionally support her I do not mean to say that he will brush it under the rug and tell it is all hunky dory. No! The hurt, the betrayal will be there BUT most importantly the reflection will be there on Yash's part. His usual gut reaction ie the extreme anger is not what will be the ruling emotion in him. The ruling emotion will be his complete acceptance of what she went through. My feeling is that his questioning Aarti of why she did what she did will come much later. I think the first thing for him to do would be damage control especially when he realizes how vitriolic Kaki and Prashant can be.

I completely agree with you on Yash's part in this. And I think rift or no rift Yash will be able to reflect upon it seeing how much Aarti is loathing herself for deceiving him and if and when she pulls away from him completely emotionally. And like you said there might be a withdrawal like Aarti did after she the boxing match but I think it all depends on how the story pans out and the sequence of events that is going to happen. The 3rd BMT is coming up, possible hospitalization of Aarti is coming up. So these are things to take care of and the withdrawal might come after the immediate problems are solved. I think what I am saying is that I doubt Yash will pull away or be indifferent because he thinks this is all Aarti's fault. I think he will be immensely hurt but he will also begin to see his part in all this however small it is.

Oh yeah, the BMT is a biggie. In fact for me I feel, knowing Yash that is the thing that is going to hurt him more than the knowledge that she kept the truth about her marital status hidden from him. If I was Yash the fact that she did the BMT without asking is what would devastate me… not the divorce lie.

And for your last sentence….ditto my friend ditto. I have always loved Yash but that does not mean I feel he has atoned enough for the way he treated Aarti. And I think when Aarti begins her self loathing that in a way will be Yash's atonement too. Watching her remove herself emotionally from their life is going to kill him...😭

For all you know the CVs may have planned something else all together. 😆

Scenario 1: Yash comes out from behind the curtain and leave feeling angry and hurt. He curses Aarti and himself before finding out what Prashant really did. Once it dawns on him that even the Dubeys took her side over their sons then the tube light will finally go on! But by then he might have already hurt her too much by his words or silence so she would back off and go into her own shell. This will be Yash's uphill task - bring her to life again.

Scenario 2: Yash comes out from behind the curtain and says 'So this is the guy who left you and hurt you? Wait and watch what I'm gonna do to him!' And then he storms off and gives Prashant the left hook many of us have been dying for, like what he did to Aman.

Scenario 3: Yash comes out from behind the curtain and says 'I know about this already, but I didn't know that Prashant has started harassing you. Don't worry, I will stand with you and we will face everything together.'

Scenario 4: Yash comes out from behind the curtain and after giving her a long look says 'Did you really mean it when you shouted out that you loved me? Do you still love me?' Aarti nods and then Yash says 'That's all I needed to know/hear' And then there's the eyelock with the part of Yeh Dil Hai that everyone's been waiting to hear, because Aarti really needs him now and he knows it too.

Guys, please feel free to add to this list. Let's see what our brains can come up with and which one(s) the CVs pick!

@Jyo, Shobs, Samana, Angel thanks a lot for liking my post😃. Yash's reaction has to be the biggest suspense of this year. It could be this side or that side but the difference is that his emotions are going to be a controlled one...

@Angel That was a fab take👏👏. The Gifs always added up the beauty of the take. As you said Prashant has been given a second chance with regards to his parents. But he seems to be taking advantage of that literally using them to gain access to Aarti and Ansh. Some where using people have been in the blood of the Dubeys, their genes. Like Dubeys too used Aarti but at the end they did one good thing by giving her a new life and family.

@Sammy, I have a headache from vigorously nodding at every word of yours.

I loved what you wrote about the family and that is what I am most anxious about. To see their reactions. Unlike Yash their gut reaction might be one of anger but I would love to see a scene where SP and Gayu are sitting and discussing and remembering all that has happened from the day of the wedding until now. To me that is the biggest reward one can give oneself... the ability of self reflection.

And I think to myself how brilliantly the CVs had fooled us in the initial episodes. They gave us a different view of the Scindias, at least on the surface, and have shown us how they have evolved with time. I don't know if you remember few episodes back when the kids come back from the field trip and are sitting on SP's lap; Sp says Aarti Bahu was right and I thought it was throw back to the Parvarish debate. Similarly, more recently when Ansh climbed on the table to give his little speech about DID or some such program on Zee, Aarti darted a glance at the elders, half afraid that they wouldn't like Ansh climbing up on the coffee table but no one batted an eyelash. How far they have come. How much they have accepted Aarti. So Ya, it is hard to imagine that they would want to chuck Aarti out without processing the whys and the hows of this debacle.

Can you imagine we even accused Cas of murdering Arpita. 🤣

As for the words "deserve", "punishment" 😕 Ya it gives me a creepy feeling. I wonder when we say that someone deserves punishment be it Yash or Aarti isn't it to appease our own sense of morality?

Anyways, got to go. I just realized that you are officially done with the semester. Wohooo! Partyyy!😆

@Jyo Thanks dear one more interesting point i found that goes with P
on the colour green according to mythological aspect .

Green is the color of love associated with both Venus, the Roman goddess and Aphrodite, the Greek goddess.🤣

😃 I know...I love speculating, but then very rarely, my predictions come true! But then I am usually pleased for most part with what is dished out by the CVs...so that is okay! 😆

If the truth comes out the way it does...they are giving us what we wanted...that Yash should hear from Aarti...but with what a twist since it was not meant for his ears! 😛 So Expect the Unexpected is my motto while watching PV! 😆
