As much a I love PKDH there are some glaring plot-holes that are hard to swallow. Like today if Mami doesn't know the name of the girl who had filed a police report then why did she go on a witch hunt in some apartment complex where there could be 10 or 20 girls of similar description? How are the police going to contact the person to appear in court to testify against Rubel now (they don't have name or complete address)? There is another older woman (the one who was actually hit) on the report...why didn't mami go after her? If she drops the case then it's closed as police do not know the name of the younger girl on the report.
And then there is our good Samaritan Pankhuri. She didn't lodge any complaint when she was assaulted by her boss (rather went to a club afterwards) but on the street that day she couldn't stop herself from becoming a crusader for a misdemeanor (that lady wasn't even hurt). The police (who soon appeared after the hit) has the right to book Rubel for drunk-driving. They do not need witness to book him.
