A couple for things for both the above posts. First Ayesha was ready to withdraw her statement but verdict was delivered also she would not have been Ayesha Ram Kapoor to miss out on anything so against the reapeal she would have withdrawn her statement. Which means at least bail for the convict as per law then the state had to prove that Ayesha is making such statement under pressure which means she could get away in a couple of months. Second I say whims and fancies because she took a huge decision based on discussion of just two ladies whom she over heard. Third she heard partial statement of Ram speaking to a lady and she decided Ram had moved on. Fourth she never tried to find out how Ram was in four years my statement is based on the fact Ram was a celebrity businessman and his news flashed every now and then yet she did know that he was married to Ayesha. Some argued she phoned a couple of times to Ram from Dubai but how many would accept a call from an unknown number that too when his wife had died a few days ago. Finally she did not think she needed any guidance else she could have seeked from someone who she could confide in yet who could keep her secret. About shared custody, that is Peehu's right anyway, she cannot keep Peehu away from Ram she is not doing any favor to anyone by doing that.

Also everyone including CV's knows that in few days its Ram who will be feeling guilty, will say sorry to priya for being harsh, for hurting her and by asking for sole custody etc and He will come back to Priya on his knees...then how are you going to justify whatever 1,2,3,4 and final reasons you just quoted above :P
