The actress, who shone in a brief appearance in Madhubala on Colors and is currently seen in Balaji Telefilms Pavitra Rishta as Savita Tai on Zee TV, is celebrating her birthday today (13 September 2012).

Talking on her birthday, Usha Tai shared with Tellychakkar.com, "I have turned 66 today. At this age, I don't believe in celebrating my birthday. Last night, my brother had called me to wish."

She continued, "There is nothing special that I am doing today. I am shooting all day long and then also at night. Later, I will be leaving for the Durban fest in South Africa with Mrinalini Tyagi. I just wish that all my friends and fans stay happy."
