Boxofficeindia.Com Trade Network Barfi! had strong gains on its second Saturday as it collected around 5-5.25 crore nett. The collections are around 8.25 crore nett plus over two days in the second week. The weekend should be around the 15 crore nett range. The business is extraordinary at high end multiplexes as collections at many premium multiplexes in metros were better than the new release Heroine on Saturday. The film has not done well in smaller circuits with it finding acceptance in just a a hand full of cities in places like Bihar, CP Berar, CI and Rajasthan. The metro multiplexes will keep on going strong for the next few weeks and the film is sure to cross 90 crore nett and depending on what happens in weeks 3-5 it could even hit 100 crore nett. OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG. 🥳

Oh wow! That's so freaking amazing that the movie is doing SO well. And in overseas, the movie has collected something like 12-13 crores already. OMG! I am going to celebrate if it joins the 100 crore club

ooo...aaankhon hi aaaknho mein karey baateing GUP CHUP CHUP CHUP HU HEY, GUP CHUP CHUP CHUP HU...I watched it AGAIN at the movies today My friend an I met up and I told her about the movie and she's like what? he's mute throught out the movie? isnt it gonnabe boring? and I;m like trust me youll love it. She isnt a bigfan of bollywood movies so she was really skeptical and when were were done, she hugged me and said its the best movie she has ever seen. I almost cried 😭...I loved the movie even more this time...the theatre was FULLL! except for the front rows, it was packed. people were laughing so loud and everyone had such a great time!

Aww that's so sweet...honestly that is the feeling when you're watching it in the theater...the entire audience feels so CONNECTED...supposedly in a movie where you expect silence given the handicap of the characters, the ENTIRE theater is LAUGHING together...THAT is what fills up the expected silence...there is SO much to fill your heart with in this movie...you deffo want to grab the person next to you and HUG them😆

I KNOWWW! I'm SOO exciteddd! I REALLLY hope it does...I'm gonna celebrate BIG time...Yayyy for GOOD films ebign appreciated! After 3 Idiots, this would be the first film considered good enough to make 100 croresss...I mean a film with such an overwhelming positive response from the audience + critics.

But even 3 Idiots is a VERY commercial film compared to Barfi yaar...and it had huge star power and the clout of Raju Hirani going into it.

Barfi had all the odds possible stacked against it...if after all THAT it makes 100 crores, this will be EPICCC...

I love Raju Hirani movies but even he follows a generally traditional formula of feel-good cinema...Barfi is just TOO UNIQUE in that sense and something never done before in a Hindi movie for sure...that is why it's success is more special...to me atleast.

My friend thought Ileana was the prettiest bollywood girl ever. This time even I was drawn more to her, she really does speak with her eyes. Her sarees, her hair, her liner, her cheekbones, her lips, her jawline, her nose, her everything was beautiful. That scene where Ranbir seesher fiance and his bike breaks down, swear to God, the best bullywood scene ever. Both did an amazing job!
