yes as previously commented, this side was required. where arnav telling his side and majorly clearing his intentions.
atleast now we are clear that arnav is not with aliya and on the first night they  were not with the intention of sex but it is difficult to take as it seems otherwise.
you are only in trousers laying on a girl in bed madly kissing her and saying i am pure with my intentions is not fessible.
