Wow what a kiss, at first it seemed to be forced but then Khushi started responding back because she wanted it too so i'm glad about that.

Part 31:

 

The Wedding ceremonies were on their full swing.. Arnav got all his Suits ready for the Wedding and the Reception.. Arnav as missing her again.. It was their wedding the next day and today was their Haldi.. Arnav never liked rituals and traditions but somehow the ones that were going currently in RM, he enjoyed.. Afterall it was his Wedding with Khushi.. The girl he.. !!!

 

Well he stopped thinking at that sentence.. What did this girl mean to him in his life? Does he only likes her? Wants her? And thats it? Or is it something else? He was confused with his own feelings.. Or is it something that people believe in .. LOVE? He loves her? How is this LOVE different from his LIKE ? He didnt knew.. And if he asks his DI, he was sure enough to waste an hour of his hearing the explanations..

 

He was in his room when Anjali came inside and pulled him down with her for the Haldi Ceremony.. The Haldi ceremony started in the RM and everyone from the family made sure they teased Arnav a lot.. But it was more fun in the Gupta House today.. All of Khushi's friends were here and everyone knew whom she was getting married to. They made sure they teased her with his name like hell.. She was blushing all the time wanting them to stop.. But they didnt..

 

Khushi wore a simple Yello CHudidar today.. It was sleevless as the Haldi needed to be applied on her hands, legs and face.. Everyone applied it to her chance by chance and she gave her their blessings.. Later five married ladies of the family took her to the Bathroom and made sure they started pouring water on her .. It was a tradition .. They followed.. After this she was made to wear a Yellow Saree and then they continued doing some rituals again.. The house was full of guests and Khsuhi was not finding time to be with her Parents and Buaji at all. She wanted to talk to them be with them. This was her last night in Gupta House.. From tomorrow she would be permanently staying with the Raizadas and hence she was missing them already..

It was late night.. Everyone in Gupta House was sleeping since they had to get up early the next day for the wedding.. But Khushi was not sleeping.. She was at the Garden sitting alone on the Swing that was placed there and was looking at the stars.. SHe had mixed feelings today.. She was getting married to him .. After all the things that he did to her, this was her fruit that he agreed to marry her.. Not because he loves her.. Only because he doesnt want to stay away from her.. What would be her future with him? He was so dominating in relationship, so demanding physically. Will she ever be able to satisfy his needs ? Will he ever be the Best Husband in her life who she can not only share her things but also consider the one who can take care of her for the entire life? She didnt know anything.. She wanted these answers.. But he would never give that to her.. A tear drop fell down from her eyes and she saw her mother wiping it off her face and sitting beside her on the Swing..

 

Garima: Khushi.. Why are you here Bitiya?

Khushi: Amma.. I am scared

Garima smiled.. This was every girls condition who was getting married.. Garima held her hand and then caressed it..

GArima: Khushi.. From tomorrow you will be entering a new world.. A world where you need to be mature enough to understand the needs of your husband, your family and take care of them. Its every girls fate to be a responsible and a dutiful wife.. I know you are little young but this marriage will teach you everything Bitiya.. Dont worry..

Khushi leaned on her mothers shoulder and closed her eyes..

Wedding Day:

 

The Wedding ceremony was arranged in the Guest House of the Raizadas. The same place where Arnav had once got Khushi along with him for fulfilling his desires but was unsuccessful. Arnav was in the same bedroom where he had seen her in that short Red Dress that night. He was getting ready. He was not able to believe from tonight onwards she would be all his.. from her soul and her body.. How he wished these hours would pass soon and the wedding get over..

 

Anjali came inside the room. She saw him all lost at the Mirror.. She shook him from his shoulders and he came back to his senses..

 

Anjali: Chotte.. You ready?

Arnav: Yeah Di..

 

Anjali hugged Arnav and kissed his Forehead..

Anjali: I wish Mumma was alive today,.. She would have been so happy seeing you getting married..

Arnav smiled and hugged her back..

 

They came down the Stairs where the Mandap was decorated and waiting for Arnav to sit and start the rituals.. He sat there and the wedding rituals started with the groom..

Khushi was all ready in her room and was waiting for Payal and Anjali to come. She was in a Red Green Lehnga and sitting on the Chair when Shashi entered her room.. He blessed his daughter with teary eyes and then kissed her forehead.. She hugged her dad and then he took her down to the Mandap to be seated with Arnav.

 

She was looking very beautiful. Arnav had never seen her so beautiful as today. Afterall she was the bride.. Anjali then made her sit beside Arnav and the rituals continued.. They were made to keep their palms on each other and then Priest chanted some hyms.. The Ring ceremony was combined today with the wedding. So Anjali handed 2 Rings to them. Arnav took the ring and made her wear it in her Left Hand ring finger.. Everyone clapped. She too did the same all the while looking down. She was little scared today and a lot nervous..

 

They were made to take the seven pheras around the Sacred Fire. The Sindoor was given to him for applying on her partition which he did all lovingly.. And a tear drop fell from her eyes..

 

They were now Husband and Wife.. Everyone started showering Rose Petals on them. They both took the blessings of all the elders including the Gupta Family.. Buaji was the first person to start crying when Khushi took her blessings.. She hugged her tightly.. Only she knew what this girl was going through today..

 

GArima came to Anjali and then told her to take care of their daughter.. She was little confused soul and if in this she makes some mistakes then to forgive her and not blame or punish her for that.. Anjali and Nani assured her that Khushi would be very Happy in the Raizada Home.. Garima and Shashi were then relaxed..

 

The Car was ready to take the couple to Raizada Mansion. The Car door was opened and then Khushi sat inside.. Arnav folloed her in. The Car was drove by the driver and Akash was sitting next to the Driver at the front seat. Khushi was quiet and weeping a bit missing her family already. Arnav held her hand inside the Car. She flinched his hand back and he was surprised.. He held her hand again and this time made sure she doesnt wave it off.. She didnt do anything.. She knew he wont stop doing this until she herself agrees.

 

Arnav: Khushi Dont cry.. (He whispered to her making sure Akash doesnt hear)

Khushi was still weeping..

Arnav: I am not going to eat you up Khushi.. So please.. Stop..

Khushi stopped crying now.. She didnt wanted him to get more angry on her.. She didnt even had the freedom to cry in front of him..

She started wiping her tears by her fingers when he gave his handkerchief to her for wiping.. She took it from him and wiped her tears. He took the hanky back and kept in his pocket..

 

Arnav: You ok now?

Khushi: Hmmm

 

They reached RM and then they got down from the Car.. Arnav had to extend his hand to her to get down. The Choli she was wearing was very heavy with work and hence she wasnt able to balance herself.. They walked till the door and then Anjali got the Pooja Thali. She was asked to push the glass full of rice from her leg and enter the house.. She had entered the house many times till today.. But today everything looked Legal enough.. Anjali then asked Arnav to pick Khushi in his arms and walk till the Living room which he lovingly did.. All the while staring at her and she held his neck for support..

 

Arnav placed her down and then turned towards Anjali..

 

Arnav: I hope all is done Di.. Can we both go to sleep now?

Anjali and others gigled to see his desperation.

Anjali: Chotte.. Still they are so many rituals pending,.. Not so soon.. Atleast we need some 3 hours more..

Arnav: What The..!! 3 hours.. Di its already 11:00pm and you saying 3 more hours.. Are you nuts?

Nani: YEah Chotte.. You think anything.. But we cannot leave Khushi so soon.. If you wanna rest and sleep.. Go to your room.. We will send her later.. (She said teasingly)

 

Arnav: Okay.. That sounds better..

 

He removed the garland from his neck and then walked towards his room leaving Khushi down.
