How can anu be just 2 months pregnant?

I just realised something. If i m not mistaken, when Yash figures out that Anu got pregnant due to a medical error he asks anu to go back and recollect the events of 6 weeks before. And since the pregnancy duration is counted from 2 weeks before conception, that means when Yash figured everything out, anu was already 2 months pregnant. So when did all the other events happen if Anu is only 2 months pregnant now? Wow i didnt know that time freezes when it comes to INDIAN soaps.

😆 Lolz, don't calculate. You will be getting zero in your maths. 😕 The maths used in ELAS are from Mars probably. 😕 Is Anu still showing any sign of pregnancy?
