If i am correct, it means something like "Above average". No idea what he means by commission, coverage, etc though :(

Commission or overflow means when a film does not make profits and is considered to be not a successful film in trade. But yet not a flop because it does not loose its investment though not made profit but recovered the producer & distributor's investments on the film(coverage) and also covered for agents' commission... yet not made extra money apart from recovering its investment... such films are also called below-average in trade language

Average is a film that apart from recovering its investment, make a little bit of profit too

So coverage and commission mean below average?

and doesn't overflow qualify as above average?
