Hey JZ🤗 It was AWESOME and my parents and some of my family who were attending went out to dinner and had a nice family time together. I missed my brother a lot though🤔...he's in NC for his engineering internship and so, he wasn't present. lol my mum was like normally you are always bantering with him when he's home and I was like THAT's what I'm missing...lol 😆
but anyways, thanks for asking 🤗. I have a party to attend this evening as well...but this one is just for us friends.

@Slap moment-- I totally get your point and i concur with it as well and felt watching it as well. The one thing they wanted us to get out of that slap and the moment was the fact that it IS to get Megha's perspective...of how confused she was and how her words didn't seem to reflect her own inner thoughts. The slap actually reminded me of the slap she gave Nanhi long back. It was abrupt and to an extent unjustified...it was her impulse reaction to seeing nanhi with the same man who had a hand in that article debacle.

Amy. Lol you're so cutely naive about Indian tv and your expectations that it will follow what American shows do. Aisa hota toh we'd all be enjoying r.com ka season two sweetheart.

Abhi toh itni hi footage mil jaati hai woh hi bahut hai. I do wish though that colors or the ph would upload the unedited versions cuz they seem to be shooting a lot of footage that doesn't make it to the final scene. For various reasons or whatever it may be. I'd like to see the original footage.

@Jzee: I think we already concurred yesterday only that the content mattered more than the slap cuz yes the slap didn't hurt him like her words did.

My point is not ki megha's slap needed to get more justification. Rather those were all important dialogues from mohan that I wanted to see. They were in a bit of a hurry to wrap up the scene in the edit you can tell cuz the dialogues come closely one after the other. The edit was not crisp and flowy in bits. I can just tell.

I think they were short on time and wanted to wrap up this scene within this epi and have time to show all the slow mo darmiyaan clips as well. So they made a choice and chopped off mohan's dialogues. Even in Tuesday's epi there was a dialogue they didn't show in the actual kis haq scene but showed it in an FB.

lol I can't help but think "why NOT" when it comes to such stuff😆 and the thing is that it's not impossible. They can very easily do that without having to use any extra resources or anything. But o well, you're right... i get carried on quite a bit.

@R.Com--- It's so frustrating to see such shows get axed by channel. There can't be at least one...ONE freaking channel that would be willing to take the RISK? Come on now!

@JZ...psst psst it's good in a way that there's no promo/article out about next week's stuff 😆. That way you get time to catch up on GoT instead of devoting time to speculations on NBT front😆.

I am curious as to how they take these calls about changing the tone of a scene. They seem to be doing it time and again. Don't they gave faith in what's been written and shot that they change the tone in the edit? Why make the writers write something and make the actors enact it out also if they feel it doesn't fit the tone they want to convey? Is this lack of planning? I mean shouldn't you know beforehand what you want to convey before shooting it? I honestly don't see anything so off about the footage that the needed to chop it off so that mohan doesn't look like a "thug" manhandling her. There could still have been the same graph to the whole scene just with more hard hitting home truths from mohan directed at megha.

Anyways they wanted to soften the tone overall and that's fine with me too but I do keep wondering why they shoot so much extraneous footage.

lol yeah i saw that promo too. They've used my favorite One Republic song and like you said, the promo itself doesn't look that bad. It's the time at which it is finally coming. Oh and after the confession's done in such shows, there's only more mush left😆 and some random misunderstanding twists and such or a separation followed by a leap of some sorts lol
