From the precap its clear Gopi goes on to sing , i hope to see Ahem boosting her confidence but i don't expect it happening. re-listening to Anitas words and the flashback Gopi had, i think these very speech of Anita boosts her confidence contrary to what Anita thinks!! hence, my take on it.
For Gopi- this sentence means if you truly love someone you will fight for them and remove the hurdle in between and whoever says their love is real we should show it to them!!. Gopi did not receive love from her husband for many months in her marriage but her true love for him did not fail or break. with silence, patience and endurance she won him and this message from Anita should give her more confidence to sing rather than withdraw!! - So here goes Gopis thought and confidence -- Yes, i truly love my husband, so despite me having a throat ache, i will stand up and sing and show you what true love is.
For Ahem - if Anita was his ever true love and his mom was the stone that came in between them, he would have fought it..SADLY.. she wasn't his true love. and if Gopi was the stone that came between them then he would have let gone of Gopi a long time ago. infact we have seen Ahem stand for Gopi instead a. For her to continue studying and b. when she had just started walking and fainted in the kitchen. c. the defense that she shouldn't be blamed recently. and Hopefully Ahem will get his turn to show his true love towards Gopi at Anita.

Anita - and i will prove love is only between those with the same class then only can they be called travellers but some people keep trying to be life long travellers/partners and these people move on with life but will always remain alone!! (aur mei sabit kardungi ke pyaar ek soch waale logo ke beech hi hota hai tabhi toh woh humsafar kehelwaate hai magar kuch log zid mei humsafar banne ki koshish mei rahe lagtehai vaise log jo zindagi ka safar par karliya magar uss safar me akele rehjaate hai)
Gopi - ofcourse same type .. honest, sincere, loving, modest, respectful etc. that how i and Ahem both are. i was alone but now i know he is with me (looking at the flashbacks she has) .. all Anita asking Ahem for aid. and last Ahem not hugging Anita back... Gopis thought - Anita i am not alone..You are trying to overcome your loneliness..sadly you were alone and will remain alone!!
Ahem - its not a must to be of the same class...change is good.. he wore the shirt gifted by Gopi on his birthday and he waited to eat Gopis home made breakfast. and hopefulyl the day comes when he finds out Anitas real colours and gives her his piece of mind!!
Kokila boosting her confidence earlier may also have a slight toll.
