Leave your career for a guy?

After watching the precap, looks like Paridi has to quit her dream job =/

You know its funny my sister and I were just having this conversation after we watched the episode,

I think different situations are applicable to different people. For some, leaving their job for a guy they love might not be a huge issue and it may be for some... It only depends on the priority that you give to the two. A career-oriented girl might not want to leave her job, but someone else who was doing a job only for, say, work experience or a bit of money, may. If one feels feel that the guy is more important than the job cuz he is actually a very good person, she might choose to leave it, cuz you want this relationship to work. After all, compromises and adjustments need to be done, whether a guy or a girl (not saying that girls need to make all the adjustments). But if one feels that the guy is trying to dominate over you and trying to keep your dreams suppressed, then one should firmly make her stand clear. It depends on the intentions of the guy too.

So my view is that, I am not going to leave the job, cuz my independence and my career holds a lot of importance for me, more than any guy. 😳

I think parents shouldn't raise this ? whether or not she will work. Ater all they agreed to marry their son to working women , How can she leave her job that was not under consideration.

In olden days women doctors worked so did engineers politicians they didn't leave job because they got married. Nowdays the job options are more so whats the big deal. In Hindu society since vedic time women have been working equally with men so why ? now.

well in my opinion nobody should be forced to quit their career based on some stupid old family head's orthodox belief.
