yes, they will , eventually , indicators are:
1. in the starting nanhi is praying and asking god to send someone who will bring happiness to Megha's life and then Mohan is shown
2. during the sivratri celebrations , Mohan falls on megha to save her from stampede and then he gets up and holds out his hand - and megha gets up taking his support and while this, the background is lord shiva as if he is blessing them
3. while jiji is explaining the Parvati-shiva lovestory for the significance of sivaratri -- Mohan and Megha are shown
4. the doctor assuming that MeMo are a couple
5. how MeMo 's "lovestory" resembles guru's mom-dad's lovestory
6. in the farmhouse-- Megha says "agar meri bali mil gayi, then u will get ur love" only thing is , Megha thinks that Mohan's love is Rashmi and she tries to cheer him up by saying this , but she doesnt know that Mohan ka pyaar woh khud hain
7. on the terrace when Mohan comes to take Rashmi's call- Megha tells Mohan that pyaar ek aise cheez hain , agar tum shiddat se karo toh defintely milta hain and he says - ye karke bhi dekh lete hain and so eventually Mohan has to get his pyaar
