The writer who who doesn't write...

She has given us many well-writen serials in the soaps, and is a well known name when it comes to writers. Standing high in our small group of writers, she is suddenly in news for the wrong reasons.

The writer who is often criticized for lifting stories off novels, and not giving credit, is often seen defending herself. She has on n umerous occassions blamed the Producers for lifting stories, as she insists her only role is to make a screenplay out of the story provided to her.

But now, she is under some serious problems. An upcoming writer is seen spreading news that he has years of experience, he states that he has written, and not co-written, various serials for the writer in question. He has named some serials, most of them not super-hits, and wants to be credited for same.

This up-coming writer when visited a channel recently, he was bombarded with questions. He answered them calmly blaming this female writer for hiring a small team of writers, whom she pays to write for her. He insists that he has written around four serials for her, for which he never got the credit.

The channel tried to kill the rumor, as they have worked closely with the senior-female-writer, and do not want her name to be brought up like tha,t but the male, upcoming writer ended up reaching another producer with the same story, who is now busy telling everyone the same. The producer is someone who is often criticized for lifting concepts himself, and is more into the 'funny side', and has never worked with the writer in question. Rumors are that the producer haspromised the male writer that he would get him justice.

Well, we don't really know how much truth there is to the story,but we know for sure that there is no smoke without fire.
