Its come to the DT attention that some posts in this thread are way too explicit. I know you are having fun and no harm intended but keep in mind this is not an over 18 forum. Please tone down the questioning and answers.

Also, please no member related questions or talking about members in their absences.

Jess, The first part of the post means, no explicit questions. We were okay when things were moderate and we do agree that all of us are here to have fun... We did not want to curb that... Even now we are not asking to end it completely. As long as its within limits we have no issue with it.

Day by day the questions are getting more explicit and many members are finding it uncomfortable. Not just the under-18 members even much older members have complains with some of the contents.

Not just this thread, even some posts in the CC thread was reported couple days back and after that we asked the member to tone it down.

Some explicit posts and also an entire MOTW thread of the past was reported to the GM by concerned members and we have been asked to keep an eye.

The second part addresses the issue regarding the members names being taken directly or indirectly. In the past MOTW threads members were indirectly targeted. Members found it uncomfortable. Even members reading it were not comfortable with the negativity in the fun threads. Thats why the note said no member related questions.

As long as its positive and the members involved are ok with it, its not a matter of concern... Its the negativity that bothers people. There is enough going on in the real world. Members come here to the forum to have fun... Lets make it a pleasant experience for everyone.

The third part addresses the issue regarding the mention of member names when they are absent or when they are not around...

For example in the CC thread, all of us get carried away... Me too. 😳

In the name of fun we don't realize that it goes overboard sometimes and members do get hurt. Sometimes things that start as fun get carried from the CC thread into other threads and misunderstandings happen and things get nasty. Thats why we need to avoid linking up people unless we really know that they are okay with it.

Sometimes members who don't even post in the CC thread are discussed there and they get upset and the unpleasantness from there gets carried to other places and its a ripple effect.

Many members have either quit this forum or have reduced coming here bcoz of the member related posts.

Thats why in the future we have been asked to delete any posts that are member related or posts made when the member is not around.

Of course talking abt each other in the CC thread is perfectly fine. Thats not the issue of concern.

PS: Jess, You can carry on with the wedding as long as the ones involved are ok with it:)

Xeta... It was member related. If the question was to relate the celebs to the questions asked then its fine...

In the past MOTW threads members have had complains abt that. Thats why we have been asked to stop the member related questions...
