I don't know about matching tastes and everything ... but I do not like serials with tragic endings AT ALL. To me it simply signifies that life is hopeless - which 99% of the times, it is not. There is always something to hope for, except if you are a villain on the nth order - then you deserve to rot in hell 😆

It's not a recent show Lady M...but you have seen the state of recent TV na...these old shows are my solace. Anyway, it's not THAT old...it aired back in 2000...it's a story about two sisters...based mostly in Spain...the director is Mereen Jabbar, the same person who directed Malaal.

I know Lady M...I was just saying that to Anu as well...waise UA shows aren't veryyy tragic...like QeT had a happy ending..but the characters went through a lot...we do have some idea about each others tastes in TV...like see you guys would never recommend me CT show, would you? Or like the way Anu was asking me not to watch D3...lol

Oh so it is the same director who directed Malaal, is it? I don't know why, but mujhe aise hi laga ... Yeah 2000 is not too old ... but in 12 years the guy playing Danish in Malaal has changed so much! His face is the same - yet he looks a lot fresher in this serial.

Khair what would I recommend you anyway...the last good UA show after Daam that I watched aired a year ago or something...QeT, which I did ask you to watch when it was airing btw...it dragged in b/w but overall I loved it. Uss ke baad toh there has been nothing good on Pakistani TV IMO...Maat par toh mujhey itna gussa hai poocho mat...

Achha give me a link to QeT then too if you can...I'll watch them both.

Anu...The story is good...it's about long distance relationships and its consequences...but I think you won't like Qaid-e-Tanhai. Saare factors hain that'll put you off. Trust me. But if you still want to watch I'll find links for you...
