I think acting-wise, Sanaya is better - but remember, these awards are for the CHARACTER. Sandhya's character is different to the ordinary SP shows & Deepika portrays the character well. I don't think it was a complete reflection on the actresses. Either way, Sanaya is still our star & we all still love her! 😃

Edit: I just realized what the word 'sadasya' meant - most of my answer still stands. This isn't a major governmental thing - there's no conspiracy yaar 😉
