Hey guys Silk Smitha is not a Soft po*n star as mentioned in Sujoy gosh article and many other bollywood sites.She was a Popular item girl of 80's in South Cinema.Only film where she acted in Sex Scene was Layanam(malayalam).Even that Lovemaking Scene is much tamer when compared to sex scene frm kurbaan.

She wasn't just an item girl, she was an 'erotic actress;. That probably translates over into 'soft core po*nography' elsewhere.

She also acted in a few roles that didn't have overt sexual undertones for which she was phrased for.
