Early Career: Before making her way in the Television industry, Kratika worked in an Ad agency.
Television: Kratika played a character in a film her friends made in college and it was shown to Ekta Kapoor who chose Kratika to play the Character of P2 in Kasauti Zindagi Kay.
Kratika then portrayed a negative character (Naina) in Kya Dil Mein Hai.
After her role in Kya Dil Mein Hai, Kratika bagged the lead role in Ek Veer Stree Ki Kahaani- Jhansi Ki Rani playing the fiery Rani Laxmi Bai. Currently she is seen on Punar Vivah-Zindagi Milegi Dobara as Aarti Yash Scindia.
Kratika also did a cameo in Kis Desh Main Hai Mera Dil
