Does anyone know where Rohan's father is ? Why has he not made an appearance and why is that chachu is always with them. Are his parents divorced.

Well
In one scene where chachu n sonya r fighting he said that "tumhari issi harkato ke vaje se mera bhai bhi tumhe chod ke chala gaya aur Rohan bhi chala jayega"(If u don't understand then read the next thing as I myself can't understand wat I have written 😆)
this means that he left the home bcoz of soniya and now Rohan will also leave u n go

in one of the episodes...i heard that...soniya is saying
to baali chachu...ke
"agar tumne rohan ka mind change karne ki jurat ki...to.."
and then baali chachu...finishes it by saying
"to kya...tum mere saath bhi wahi karogi jo mere bhai ke saath kiya?"
sumthing like that
so it could be that rohan's dad is killed or sumthing... 😕 😕
